I don't know, I for one am totally in support of the "Fitstine era".

He better not skip leg day though, he's got the withered calves of a life-long paraplegic.

Alogging aside, his sleep cycle is pretty normal and somewhat healthy at least
Going to bed at 2:00 am and waking up at 11:00 am is normal?

The 3,902 calories are what he's burned. It looks like his limit for intake is 2,485.
Then we know the caloric intake number is a lie. The McDonald's nutritional calculator (https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/about-our-food/nutrition-calculator.html) says that a Big Mac, a medium Coke, and a medium fries is 1090 cals (and is also 68% DV fat and 49% DV carbs).

There's no fucking chance he burned 4k calories by walking 6.5 miles. Six and a half miles is about 400 calories if you're walking it at 4 mph. Maybe 500.

You could do 6.5 miles on the stairmaster and not even burn that many.
You got that right, Hulkster. I do about an hour a day on the elliptical and, while I'm not sure how many miles that is, I can usually burn in the neighborhood of 800 calories.

Ok, so it measures calories burned through physical activity and calories burned through your body's natural functions. In that case it's possible it's not altered. People can sit all day and burn at least 2,500 doing jack shit.

The issue is that it's impossible for a gadget to accurately log how many calories you burn. These gadgets always overestimate (by a large margin) the calories you burn so that you brag about it, thus enticing others to buy one, too.

It also likely takes into account what you enter in for your weight/bf %/etc... and Chris likely lied about it. A fat ass sitting around all day burns a lot less calories than a built person of the same weight. Muscle burns a lot of calories, but Chris is a fat fuck with minimal muscle, so he doesn't burn much.

I'm still wondering what has got Chris posting about fitness, regardless of how much he is or is not actually exercising.

Also the activity logged manually part. Which means recording back logged previous activities like parkay and lifting 4 ton dog houses.

He's definitely doing something that's overestimating calories burned. Though I imagine Fitbit does as well as "encouragement."

I can't rage too hard because I did some stupid things when I started working out but I hate those things.

That 3902 calories out is allegedly his basal metabolic rate (calories expended if you were at complete rest all day - think Jahi McMath) plus whatever calories he expends while doing whatever.

What that number actually is is a random number because unless you go to a clinic and get your rate through a series of tests you have to be extremely strict with your calorie counting and over the course of months figure out when you're not gaining or losing weight. Even then you don't get your BMR but your average daily calorie expenditure.

Yep. Hell, most advanced bodybuilders are bulking on 4k calories. There's no way in hell Chris is burning that many

So far this thread is full of dopes who are so obsessed with calling Chris fat that they can't properly read data.

I agree though give the lard arse some credit, he actually made some level of effort to record his calorie intake and output.

I do approve of this and in all honesty this might be the only thing I'd send him a message of support over, if he even bothers to keep it up for more than a day that is.

Which I doubt highly, and I think he is definitely lying over something there.

I imagine the difference between an elliptical and the treadmill, is you usually add some resistance using an elliptical.

It's really far fetched that he's been working out for a week or so and burning 4k calories a day. I believe he's increased his exercise activity from 0 minutes a day, but I have trouble believing this 4k nonsense. Even if he could it would probably be unhealthy for him to loose weight that fast.

It's clear he has actually started doing some exercise here, but dramatically embellishing his results. Remember this is a guy who made the claim that playing guitar hero counted as exercise because he was standing. This is the guy who claimed he jogged 5 miles a day in around 30 mins, yet can't keep up 15 seconds of consistent sprinting in his sonichu dash video. The cwcki says it best "Chris is once again completely delusional about his own abilities"

To sleep at 2am and up at 11am. Quite the life this one has.

The numbers are off. This boob claims to do 2 hours on the treadmill at 4mph.
2h*4mph = 8 miles
6.5 miles total daily walk activity << 8 miles just from gym time.
To borrow from an old robot expression, DOES NOT COMPUTE!

kcal expenditure is estimated, and wrong. Just like the kcal expenditure and vo2 max test on exercise equipment. It can be close, but something here is causing a huge overestimation of kcal burned. Actual elite level athletes who practice and train and compete at high level are going to be around 4000kcal (a bit over 20kcal per pound body weight). That is not Chris.

The fitbit gives you general idea, but it is not totally accurate. Example, one time I strapped my fitbit thing to my donger and it said my heart rate was 130bpm.

I think it would be funny if Chris pulls a Carrottop and just morphs into this workout monster.

Then travels the country on a revengance tour, just beating the shit out if those that've wronged him.
"Hello. Is your name Adam Stackhouse?"

I highly doubt Chris sticks to a 2500 calorie diet.

That is exactly the first thing I think he is lying about, it's unbelievably difficult for fat people to cut down that much, Chris simply does not have that willpower. Not to mention the hormone drugs affect a person's mood and whatever the doctor is giving him could seriously affect his appetite and energy levels, combine that with his already appalling laziness and it's a cocktail of pure fucking disaster.

His exercise is also something I doubt a lot, not entirely but at least to the point where it adds up, or well... doesn't.

He's not lying because he never made the claim that you're saying he made. All he did was set up his height/weight/goal in the fitbit, get a target calorie count and then not bother to use that function. You can see it says that he's taken in zero calories. Obviously he isn't trying to convince you that he's eating zero calories. He's just not bothering to record his meals at all.

Regardless not it's still different than being deceptive. While not an outright lie if he is trying to show something off he'd put it in for the world to see.

The instructions on such apps are simple and I'm willing to bet he fiddled about with it a bit and as such is well aware of his intake. Instead I'm betting he's choosing not to display it.

The "210 minutes" part is the fishiest to me - does anyone really believe Chris exercised for 3 and a half hours in a day?
Still, as ween-fueled hobbies go, this is a very good one, assuming he doesn't do something stupid and hurt himself. I hope he keeps it up.

I actually refuse to believe Chris CAN walk that far in a day nevermind that he'd actually do it. Especially when he seems to have visably degraded so much lately when you look at him and his health.

Also I've known a few people who use gadgets like fitbit since they tend to go in and out of fashion but usually end up with the same basic results; It's a crutch to make you feel like you're doing a lot better than you really are... Which is just what Chris wants to hear.

That said, I'd love to see what his actual calorie intake is, considering it's left blank in the facebook post; Considering the amount of ready made shit and maccas he has? That number can't look too good.
