The "210 minutes" part is the fishiest to me - does anyone really believe Chris exercised for 3 and a half hours in a day?
Still, as ween-fueled hobbies go, this is a very good one, assuming he doesn't do something stupid and hurt himself. I hope he keeps it up.
Running machines and treadmills are the most boring fucking thing in the world and in any other sane country they'd be used as state sponsored torture, butif there's anybody who could turn their brain off for 3 hours, it's Chris.

First he makes a video where he shows himself lifting weights to completion (kind of) and now he's posting his fitbit info (kind of). Does this have anything to do with his deal with Jack Z? I didn't want to have to go through that trainwreck but the timing on this is weird.

Maybe he forgets to turn off the timer when he exercises until hours later then doesn't bother editing it to the actual time when he notices the timer is still going.

The more I look at the calories burned numbers, the weirder they are. He walked exactly 210 minutes and walked exactly 6.5 miles? One is fine, but both? That's highly unlikely. Pristine Christine is messing with us.

Anyway, the bad thing for him is that he will plateau quickly with the walking, however much he's walking. He'll just be a healthier fat guy.

13,900 steps for 6.5 miles means chris walks approximately 75cm (30 inches) per individual step...

are you sure you're a woman, christine?

Isn't that just to do with the length of your legs, though? Women's strides are lower length on average because women are shorter on average.

It's worth noting that this is the same guy from this video, but 8 years older. Eight more years into a lifestyle of microwave dinners and sitting completely still, and the apparent result is that Chris can now walk faster than he was previously able to sprint, for 3.5 hours at a time, and burn 3,900 calories in the process.

Either that FitBit is horribly broken or he's figured out how to change the values to say whatever he wants.

I think it would be funny if Chris pulls a Carrottop and just morphs into this workout monster.

Then travels the country on a revengance tour, just beating the shit out if those that've wronged him.
"Hello. Is your name Adam Stackhouse?"

:offtopic: Didn't he forgive Stackhouse at one of the cons?

Yeah he also said he can bend paper with his mind..
I'm kidding, I just thought it would be funny if his enemy list stretched back to a %100 innocent guy.

Activity is measured by heart rate on an assumption of METs (essentially a statistic to compare how strenuous something is compared to something else). Ten minutes is the minimum amount of time needed to trigger "active" compared to normal activity. The minimum is supposed to be set low enough to capture all more strenuous activity while ignoring less intensive activity like walking around and sitting at your desk

5-7000 steps per day is average. 10,000 is a goal most physicians would set. His calorie burn seems excessive though.

I do believe Chris’s TDEE may actually be super high due to his weight. It’s not far fetched he burns over 2.5k calories by merely existing.

Of course you can’t outrun a bad diet. Two large McDonald’s meals and maybe a beer or two later and he’s undone all of his calorie burn if not ate more than he expended.
