The whole thing is confusing for me because I don't understand if the last section is breaking the fourth wall to meet the real Chris, if they go to the normal world and things are 3D here except for the Sonichus or if he only did it because he somehow thinks it would be cool and impressive.

To be fair, Primarina is the only one I can see people wanting the female version of. I mean, it's a fucking mermaid/otter thing.
Granted, that's also probably the only reason Chris chose that pokemon as opposed to trying to logically build a team around it, for which I think the Owlet is the most popular as its final form; Decidueye, is grass/ghost, a rare type for starters.
But ultimately, the true question remains: can it fuck a wailord?

Most societies and even civlizations would put Chris-Chan well above menial workers for the sake of him being able to live without working, namely the greeks who would see him as a true citizen and the workers as slaves.
Chris is simply expressing his innate master mentality, using his own life as a creative medium and his self-created values reflected on thousands of other human beings through Internet.
He is a dynosian artist and the rules of the world are mostly being bend by him rather than the opposite like the slaves we are, truly Chris is the Ubermensch.

It works on so many levels.
