I can imagine for the past couple days Chris has been just sitting at his computer voting for himself over and over again... and there's probably like three trolls doing the exact same thing for Johan.
God, this is so sad. Chris needs someone by his side (who doesn't exist as imagination and plastic) who can point out when he's being trolled. Like, come on. How many times can you experience "random guy comes in, challenges me to a contest, I post sex video, lose woman, crash into slumber" before you catch on? He seems to have regressed since now he just posts it straight to his Facebook rather than having it leaked by a troll.
Of course, this is the guy who thinks storing your tupperwared jizz in the freezer is a viable alternative to going to a sperm bank.
I have to wonder though. Surely Chris would have come across the idea of a sperm bank before his "Sam & Ella" thing, so is it possible that he did try to deposit sperm and it was classed as defective and unusable, leading him to come up with his own "geinus" solution?
At the very least, he seems really upset about the idea that he could pass down his autism. It's like he's clinging to that "high-functioning" iceberg no matter how slippery it gets.
The Sam & Ella thing probably appeals to Chris the most because he gets to interact with women, he gets to have his child, and he is absolved of any responsibility in raising the child. Maybe it's that golden trifecta of possibilities that's overriding any remnant of logic in his mind, because deep down he knows that any traditional relationship and offspring is completely unviable. That probably explains his waifu. He's slowly coming to terms with reality, but not before one big "all-out" attempt to gain that golden trifecta.

Chris hasn't been tricked by the "random guy on the internet" shtick for years. That stopped working at around the Liquid saga.
The only way to troll Chris nowadays is to have an IRL connection with Chris.
Chris will have to had met some girl IRL, and then later she says "hey, I'll bang you if you make a video humping a plastic blowup doll, it totally turns me on". This is pretty much any romantic interaction that Chris gets.
Ultimately, Chris will need to either admit to himself that no one will ever willingly have sex with him, or continue getting trolled in some capacity. Some people might say that the former option is "better", but at the very least, isn't it understandable that that's a pretty fucking hard decision? Admitting that you'll never have consensual sex with someone who's not a hooker?
I don't know, maybe Chris should take the former option. But it's still a pretty shitty choice.

Admitting it would basically invalidate the last decade of his life. He's always seen himself as the down-on-his-luck hero that has to keep persevering in the face of villain-figures who want to destroy true love. To admit to himself that his decades of blaming other people for his failure, rather than work on his issues, was pointless, would be a bit of a blow.

I don't think he is actively deciding to be in denial about it. This is the same fat ugly man who claims to be the perfect woman. His ego is simply too massive to have it cross his mind that women don't want him. Rather, I think he automatically assumes all women want him, and then wonders what is keeping them from realizing it, hence all the effort he goes through to provide proof of his shitty sexual prowess.
I may power level a bit here but I am guessing this is common enough with other workplaces. You ever had someone at work who thinks of himself as a know-it-all? He would propose a pie-in-the-sky project, but you would point out its flaws because you actually know your shit. However, his ego is too massive to have it cross his mind that flaws exist in his project. Rather, he first assumes all his projects are doable, which leads him to wonder why you would make up lies about it. Then the project would fail in the exact way you described, which leads him to believe you sabotaged it by adding the flaws you talked about into his project, the project which would have worked fine if left alone.
Chris is the same, the project is sex, the flaw is his mannerism, and the trolls are the saboteurs who convinced the women that Chris is ugly, when he would have seemed perfectly appealing if left alone. I really don't think it's a kind of defense mechanism, he is simply too simple to notice any flaws in his methods.

Actively in denial depends on the information you have available to you. If you're yearning for a promotion at work, but your boss secretly hates you, it's not denial to believe you might get that promotion.
So I'm not saying Chris is in denial. I'm more analyzing people's argument, assuming we're dealing with a strawman Chris who is willing to critically evaluate people's motivations for talking to him IRL. If he did that, then he'd realize that no one wants to have a romantic relationship with him IRL. They only want to troll him.
(Of course, with my strawman Chris, I assume he's smart enough to figure out most of the people are trying to troll him, but not smart enough to distinguish between trolls and non-trolls. I think this is fair enough, because his autism keeps him from picking up on the subtle little clues that distinguish the two. When we start talking about a non-autistic Chris, we're not really talking about Chris anymore, are we?)

I think that recent trolls over the years have seen Chris believing that it could be possible that he's being trolled, but he is willing to proceed with whatever's going on because it's also possible in his head that everything he's being told is real. This is obviously different to the Chris of the past who would throw himself into any and all trolls presented towards him without considering that they're false.
I think in Chris's head this situation with the lesbians could be fake, but the possibility that he could be having sex with two hot lesbians is tantalizing enough that it overrides what would be sound logic.
Like Marvin says, this all definitely stemmed from an irl meeting with someone. I'd imagine he met his 'manager,' several times in person, and from then on all recent elements and characters like Johan and Francine were introduced online through her, someone he can't view as a troll, since obviously people he meets in real life totally can't be trolls.

This is true. Chris believes he's entitled to "hot girls". He's not looking for love insomuch as what he believes he has to get. His ego makes all his failings, from body type, to duck angles, to just plain shitty behavior, go away.
In his mind, he's the perfect guy, and it's brought to light in the various sagas. He'll doll out the compliments, the lovey dovey talk, do some things, but that's all in relation to getting that hot girl sex.
Remember too, people have set him up with women more "his speed", who at least one, was interested in a legit date.

She apparently didn't want anything to do with Chris, but I've yet to hear him complain about that. It certainly hasn't affected his mind about who he thinks he should be with.
If something came out that the two lesbians were fat, or remotely unattractive, I think Chris would break off contact.

Chris really doesn't have a good idea of conventional attractiveness when he's actually talking to a girl. He was into the hambeast, she just wasn't into it because she has an iq greater than 75.
