Edit: Those articles are obvious clickbaity feelgood rubbish. Two things stand out to me:
1. I'm sure Christine "She's not transitioning very well" Chandler would act just like the person from the first link if someone offended her.
2. Point 10 from the second article: "You can't tell if someone is transgender just by looking at them." I love it how he apparently thinks it applies to him.

Chris must have read articles telling women not to feel shame about the appearance of their gashes. Unfortunately, he didn't realize that the slang term does not encompass actual deep cuts in the skin.
