If he doesn't resolve the issue, Ebay can suspend him from selling. We all knew it'd only be a matter of time before the eventual boycott of Ebay for DISCRIMINATION AGAINST AUTISTICS. THEY SHATTERED MY SOUL WITH STRESS.
 
Barb should seize all his finances, for his own good really. True she has impulse and spending problems, but I think she has some sense of "planning ahead".... I think.??

I think Barb's noose on the finances is what motivated Chris to branch out into making money on eBay. Since he didn't have much in the way of real assets to sell, he invented a few. The crap he has sold didn't cost him too much to make, but yielded a fair profit. Trouble is he converted all the profit to legos. Taking this summer's eBay escapade as a whole, I'd say it's no different than if Barb had sat him in the corner with Monopoly money.

I was under the impression that he wanted to build a second MHS to compliment the first post-fire MHS. And display them both simultaneously.

Whatever. Chris is clearly not a person who has any business spending money without a chaperone ( even if it is Barb.)

Eh, nah, Barb's pretty bad. Like, if Chris was on his own, he'd be capable of surviving similarly to how he survives with Barb, just with less emotional abuse.

Two years ago and I nearly lost my mind when it was happening, the CWCki has a fairly good report of the thing. I forgot the part where he was originally going to hold the Lemonade Stand over the whole weekend (it generally runs Friday to Sunday) at 14BLC, THEN he moved to the empty parking lot, THEN he hid at the church and half-assed it for a couple of hours to honor his Dead From Cancer Daddy(tm). Honestly, this charity is amazing, 12 million raised, net, for donations in 2012 (thanks there Capt. Autistic for the $150) all from selling single cups of lemonade, for a charity started by a four-year-old!

Oh, horse shit! I've been refunded from PayPal twice for purchases that didn't go through/purchase price was altered, etc. He can't refund you because he spent the fucking money. I swear to god he reminds me of that line from "Gone With the Wind" .... "You're like the thief who isn't the least bit sorry he stole, but he's terribly, terribly sorry he's going to jail." Only with Chris it'll be "... who's going BACK to jail."

(And HEY! I just learned how to respond to multiple posts! I'm an idiot, I admit it.)
 
That would be interesting. I've seen court shows where people have been sued over 20 fucking dollars. Imagine Chris on Judge Mathis or something.

Well, the buyers Chris was able to rip off just may be dumb enough to pay a filing fee to win a judgment they can't enforce. Most will do it locally in courts that have no jurisdiction over Chris to begin with, but the really smart ones will pay airfare and hotel to file their suits in Greene County.
