I called the radio station yesterday to ask if they knew they were about to get an influx of donations. The person that answered said they would inquire with the rest of the staff and management, and return my call, which they did today. Not only were they not aware of any donations being pledged from selling the discs, they immediately saw an issue with the FCC not liking burned copies of a copyrighted broadcast being sold on eBay. They were aware of an inquiry from Chris, but were apparently confused about the nature of his request, and once they looked at the item on eBay, could not condone him selling it. Apparently the manner in which he presented his request confused them enough to utter an "okay" for him. They left me with the info that they were pursuing further investigation, which I took to mean they either were going to contact Chris because he left his contact info when he first called, or try to get in touch with him through eBay.
I was only a concerned buyer that didn't want any part of violating copyright law, or being involved in some sort of charity scam.
But now I'm confused as to how the disc issue has been settled, yet still remains on eBay. More lies, hmmm? Have any of the discs even been bought yet on eBay?

I called that. He's flat out lying. No way he'd do it.

A radio station gave enough fucks to ask around and call you back the next day? Wow. Must be some nice/bored people. If a caller's stupid shit isn't solved in the first five minutes we usually walk away to do something productive at the places I've worked.

I'm the same guy that keeps the Fraternal Order of Police and other charities on the phone long enough to research where their dollars go so I can come back and tell them what they are spending on executive salaries, telemarketing and mass mailings. Call it what you want, but I have a real problem with anyone soliciting money in the name of charity when I suspect/know it's not going where they say it is.

Well, it is a non-profit. And someone is out there soliciting sales in their name. I'd think they'd be obligated to confirm/deny if it is legit.

So what happened to the mythical filing cabinet that supposedly held all his report cards? Why go through the red tape of high school records when he could just show us? It's not like he has anything to hide.

I wonder how long those people who bought the pictures will end up waiting? I really hope someone files a claim on eBay, or at the very least, give him negative feedback. That will teach him a lesson... or not. He'll just bitch about all the trolls, and say he can't do what he was paid to do because of stress.

It's the Sonichu comics all over again.

I also believe he was on the honour roll, but I don't believe he actually earned it. The school probably did it to make the retаrd feel special. Schools are always pulling stunts like that.

The only entity I could see caring about high school GPA would be a college, but most of those would only be interested in the existence of a diploma or GED, they'd be looking at SAT or ACT scores. An employer isn't going to want the grades from the classes, only to confirm that he graduated. Maybe he should go get his own transcripts and post them. It's not like they're going to release them to anyone here. They're not even going to go to that trouble for an employer, and probably can't.
By the way, how did he do on the SAT/ACT? Or was he remedial when he first entered college? Has that part of christory ever surfaced?

People bitched (rightly so) about not having clearance for copyrighted music and potentially threatened lots and lots of $50 sales of the Lumberjack Marathon and that equals STRESS and the whole photo/commission factory shuts down?! Oh Fuck You, Chris! You know what stress is? Calling to make an appointment for your chemotherapy, watching your parent slowly dying from a brain disorder. God, sometimes I just want to wring his neck. And no, schools aren't going to keep your records for students who graduated ten years ago -- but they're somewhere at the school district warehouse I'll bet, so we should send Ringo Starr and Cannibal Corpse there immediately!

Also, he has NO funds in his PayPal account? Really? My, my those Legos certainly are pricey and just flying off the shelves, aren't they?

And even if they did, I would imagine that such documents would be confidential, wouldn't they? (BTW, if you're really dealing with that, I'm so sorry.)

Hey this isn't a trolling plan. But has someone called the Manchester High Office yet?
Ya I did. They confirmed that Chris was not Honor Roll, and they expressed shame that he is an alumnus.

Also they said they he crapped his briefs as he ran away crying at graduation and everyone laughed.

So stress has already rendered Chris unable to fulfill work obligations? Must be a new record in the amount of time he lasted.

I forsee another looming perma-ban hammer in Chris' future. . .

(And by the way, yes some people were stupid enough to buy it from him. I haven't. Chris hasn't nor will he ever see one red cent from me.)

What's the worst that the FCC could do? Would he just get a cease and desist, or would it just be exorbitant fines?
