The street shiter probably ran 7-eleven/ gas station or a Dunkin donuts. The name looks like a caste and skin color that work those jobs. Probaly raped and murder some kids or a women.

Edit: I was joking but actual accurate, he works at a Dunkin donuts and killed his wife when she wanted to go back to India. These people are easiest people in the world to stereotype. Honestly should actual not be that hard to find him by any investigator for 250k. Hes probably working at another Dunkin donuts connected to his family, if hes still in the U.S or if in Canada a family connected Tim Horton.

If you're expecting blacks, just know the list is for people that commit major crimes that are difficult to catch. If you post yourself on Instagram enjoying the galaxy gas tou just stole from your corner liquor store, you probably won't make the top 10.
