I thought Chris was blacklisted from ALL the Brony conventions? Everfree Northwest and Babscon certainly banned him.
I swear past conventions where he got kicked out of, along with game stores post Barb assault was because people complained. Not everything has to be weens; Chris is perfectly able to get the bum's rush from events all on his own.
Shortly before deciding to fuck his mother, Chris was already getting kicked out of conventions because he was too much of an attention magnet. People crowding, shouting meme shit (JULLLAAAYYY, etc.) and generally him simply being around was extremely disruptive.
Then he fucked his mother, making him be marked as a sexual predator and persona non grata for basically every con in existence. It was a big thing with BABScon a while back that they refunded his ticket and the angry email he sent in response about it got framed.
Now, I don't think Harmonycon made a big stink about it because Chris simply stopped
going to conventions before the next Harmonycon at the time. However, the same reasoning applies and I think moreover Chris
had to have used a fake name (as much as I'm sure it pained him to not vomit that spaghetti "Light Powered" nonsense) after the last time. From reports I'm getting in my personal channels from people actually on the scene when it happened, even though he was wearing a full MMPR White Ranger costume, he of course had that goddamn medallion - it's such a meme at this point it actually isn't as much of a dead giveaway as you'd think.
Now, as a side note, Chris being a harbinger of chaos in his wake still applies. Reportedly, the staff were 'ICE-like' in trying to get people to not record Chris getting walked out of the hotel, to the point the
con chair of Harmonycon himself grabbed somebody's phone and pushed them, threatening
them with a ban, which is low key assault. The Harmonycon discord channel is being monitored with the only known comment about the whole affair having gotten immediately deleted.
Moreover, Chris trying to get back into pony conventions is going to be
interesting. The next one is, IIRC, a new start-up called Neighcon, happening at the beginning of May, and it's in
Baltimore. And if what I've heard about the people running that convention is true, Chris isn't going to get immediately perp-walked if it turns out he's there.

Somehow, everybody running the convention
did not know Chris existed. So it's likely he did NOT actually use a fake name like I thought, and he just burned the anonymity card (like it was ever going to work to begin with). Moreover, the con chair only acted as he did because he thought it was a bunch of people being bullies to a mentally challenged person, and appologized to the guy he shoved so he owned up to his mistake.
