The FBI arrested a notorious white supremacist livestreamer in an early morning raid in Florida on Tuesday.

FBI agents, working with Fort Lauderdale police and the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, arrested Paul N. Miller, 32, on one charge of being a “convicted felon in possession of a firearm.” The FBI said in a press release that Miller was arrested without incident.

Miller’s neighbors in Fort Lauderdale’s Riverside neighborhood reported hearing flashbangs during the raid, which took place around 5 a.m. ET, local TV station NBC 6 reported. One neighbor described seeing law enforcement officers carrying out a box that appeared to have “a shotgun on the front or an AK.”

Miller, who goes by the name “Gypsy Crusader” online, has amassed more than 40,000 followers on Telegram, a messaging app and social media network popular with far-right extremists. Many of Miller’s videos feature him dressing up as characters like the Joker or Nintendo’s Mario, then hurling racial abuse at strangers, including children, through the randomized chat app Omegle. Miller can be seen holding a gun in some of his videos.

A grand jury indicted Miller on the firearms charge on Feb. 25, according to court records unsealed Tuesday. Miller is charged with illegally possessing a gun on Jan. 17, 2018. The indictment doesn’t describe the 2018 incident in which Miller allegedly had the firearm.

Miller’s Tuesday arrest sent shockwaves through internet extremist circles. Miller had recently sold patches promoting his channel to his supporters, with his arrest raising fears among other extremists that the FBI could access his customer files and find out their own names and addresses.

In messages captured by extremism researcher Hilary Sargent, Miller’s supporters worried about the possibility that they could soon become FBI targets themselves.

If convicted, Miller faces up to 10 years in prison on the gun charge.

The drama on politigram has been quite hilarious and sad at the same time. For all their LARPing, they all act like a bunch of niggers in a park, bickering at each other.

I am ambivalent toward his brand of comedy, but it's amusing to see the rest of politigram bitching about him non-stop.

>Out of every man in these great united states that possesses a firearm illegally they decided to go after the 'white supremacist' mutt with the ears of 40k people on social media
Naah son, this is just like with Al Capone. They want him gone but can't nab him on anything legit so they came at him sideways. Just substitute tax evasion with illegal possession of a firearm.
He was the perfect target. Big enough to be influential in certain circles (which means he's big enough to potentially pose a threat in the paranoid minds of the average Washington creature) but not big enough to cause a real outcry when he got got.
When you're a fishing fed you don't go for the whales, they're too dangerous, or the minnows, they aren't worth the effort.
You go straight for that bass.

I mean, the only difference is that Al Capone was actually in charge of a criminal organization and this guy just offends people online

You know, he really IS just like the Joker!

First step: have life fucked
Second step: instead of getting his shit together, he decides to become a nazi
Third step: do the same shit over and over again, thinking he’s untouchable
Fourth step: get arrested

if this guy does get charged with that shit, good luck getting any legal funds since half the people that DO laugh to your shit aren’t people with a lot of money to bail your ass out

What sounds like his arraignment starts around 35 minutes into this:
Caught with a SBR AR upper, and DIY lower. Not good.
An "SBR upper" is just a pistol barrel, unless it's attached to something with a stock or it has a vertical grip attached. If he's prohibited from owning firearms then, if he has a finished lower, that's a crime. Someone posted what's claimed to be evidence that the battery charge he took a few years ago was downgraded to a misdemeanor, but iirc that's not confirmed. Still need more info to know if/how he's boned.

edit: listened and he's fucked, unless they're lying about the stock and it's a "pistol brace". Definitely a felon in possession of a weapon regardless.

Even if they weren't put together, constructive possession of an SBR/SBS is a thing, though not commonly prosecuted. Frankly they don't need it if he's FIP, but possession of a pistol upper with no legally usable lower (which means either an SBR regged lower or a pistol lower) can add up to an NFA violation, as shite as that may be.

Something dose not quiet add up here.
When someone does something bad, they're white, even if they're hispanic like George Zimmerman or even black like the Proud Boys leader. All those BLM rioters stealing nikes and burning down buildings were also just, uh, white supremacists in blackface tryin' to frame innocent peaceful black protesters who dindu nuffin', jus' like always!

When someone does something good, they're black. Like how all great civilizations in history were ACTUALLY black: The Jews, The Egyptians, The Romans, etc. And did you know it was ACTUALLY black people who invented every single thing ever too, before white people stole credit?

Yeah. If all you have is a standard rifle configured lower, then the implication is that the under sized barrel is there to swap in and replace the full-sized barrel. So, because you could break the law, that means you are breaking the law. It's not a good way to do things, and it needs to be challenged in the courts. Gypsy isn't that dude though. Unless the lower was an unfinished 80% piece and the feds are lying more than usual, he done fucked himself into a stretch.

seems like the video of him calling a guy a nigger in the parking lot and threatening to beat his ass kinda bit his ass, I think I know which video that is

What is up with special agent whatever? If I didn't know any better I would thought he was a political activist. Can you correct me if I got the story wrong? Iam not that familiar with arraignments and how they work. The gun charge is naturally something he is in big trouble over. That makes sense, but the story that led them to raiding his house with such force does not. The felony he was convicted for previously was a drug charge and for shooting someone with a BB gun when he was 17 in 06 right? The reason they raided his house now was he had a gun training course 3 years prior. In which he had fired a firearm that wasn't even his at a range. Using excessive force arresting him now just seem so odd. But the story that investigator told the judge was even more crazy. This was no simple firearms charge. This was a guy that went interstate through cyber means to harass, and threaten to kill minorities with deadly force Using the vilest of "N words", "B words". and all the other "bad words" to awful to repeat. Who was also stocking up to start a civil war. He had also gone around menacing people locally And had instigated serious harassment campaigns with his squad of right wing goons Against Kamala Harris, and Joe Biden. That gun was just a small piece of the pusle. It almost sounded like the buildup to a good thriller

When someone questioned the agent about the details, it seemed what he actually was describing was Gypsy doing his Omegle streams arguing with random people, and calling someone nigger in a parkin lot. the civil war was something he had mentioned as inevitable which ment it was a good idea to prepare. The harassment had only been him on the stream telling people to reply to tweets.

I could almost get the impression that the investigating agent tried to fit Gypsy in a violent radical extreme right profile, since that is what he is tasked to find. And didn't care so much about the details. Or is it normal procedure in these hearings that one guy takes a lunatic approach and the others question him about it?

It's both, normally it's the defense going for the crazier approach in my experience though.

Saying nigger online is terrorism.
N.
They had to dig three years into the past to find something to charge him with. I'm so glad this dangerous criminal is off the streets.
If they wasted this much effort on some edgelord on Omegle imagine how badly gangs would be effected if the FBI focused on their countless felonies.
