I have this ficus tree I found in the parking lot. Now the leaves are turning yellow-brown and falling off. What is the deal with this ficus tree? Does it need more water/fertilizer or should I whittle it into some kind of rustic folk art?

Could be anything. Low light, not enough water, disease.

Regardless, it sounds fucked.
