Fighting empty-handed against someone at least 1.5x your size - Some real Little Mac business

Hair teeth and eyeballs. Go for throat jabs and groin shots too. If it's honest to god self defense, and you can't remove yourself from the situation, don't stop swinging until they stop moving. And if there's anything you can use as a weapon, grab it, don't hesitate.

Obvious eyeballs and neck/throat if you can.

However blasting their kneecaps should also be taken into consideration, give a good kick in that bone, let's see what happens. A bit of accuracy should be required but if you pull it off with enough force, the other person may reconsider continuing the fight.

Remember that you're not a cool anime character, so once they're kneeling, take your keys and stab them in the eyes as aggressively and brutally as you can. (If OP didn't forbid attacking their eyes)

If I ever find myself starting a fight empty-handed, first thing I'm doing is scanning for a weapon. A stick or a rock or some nondescript piece of metal scrap on the ground will do a lot more to level the playing field than any sorta wacky ninja shit I could possibly try to pull with my bare hands.

The only chance you have is to try and use an out-boxer style of fighting where you quickly dip in and out with light jabs to force the big guy to chase you. Essentially your trying to layer on minor amounts of damage and exhaust the opponent. But if the big guy ever gets a hold of you, because this isn't a boxing match and he is allowed to do that, your as good as done.
i don't think trying to do fancy shit like 'quickly dip in and out with light jabs' works when the size difference is significant. like yeah you can try to jab, but if the other guy is much bigger he also has much longer arms so he can jab you from way further out than you can jab him.

I did say you would lose. I am just throwing out the best strategy I can give.

You can defeat a much larger opponent if you have an ample amount of training, experience, and athleticism than they do. But other than those qualities, the fight is very much in their favor. If you have never fought anyone who seriously means to hurt you, than I don't think you have much of a chance at winning. Performing under stress in a fight is a required quality in any threatening situation.

Here's a few things that may help.
- Kick at their kneecaps - fast and hard, dislocation of them of an opponent who is larger than you means the fight is in your favor, a solid hit will have them collapse from their own weight.
- Light and quick jabs at their throat, it doesn't take much force to shut the esophagus, do not use your knuckles as this will likely kill them by breaking it entirely.
- Bodyshots like the liver/spleen are ideal, imagine a blade in the middle of the fist as you drive up into their torso from the stomach, it's a debilitating hit.
- Striking the back of the head is helpful, often in a grappling or wrestling scenario, if you manage a few hits and they're unconscious, cease immediately as this stands a good chance of killing them too. The idea is here self defense, not murder.
- Clapping the ears with a semi open palm can and will deafen them and disorient them, it's a good chance that you will make them dizzy with repeated hit. You can use your fists for greater damage but I caution against it.
- Headbutting using the frontal ridge of your skull and driving into their facial orifices is also a good tactic, I'd use for someone who is threatening your space and talking shit with intent to hit you, it's a perfect opportunity to pull this off, most people don't expect it.
- A double dropkick can be absolutely devastating when timing is right and the opponent does not expect it, even a much larger opponent will take massive damage if done to the solar plexus or the head, it's a fight ending attack. If you perform this badly or timing is wrong, then you're most likely about to lose the fight in a bad way.

Seconding Judo but I’d go a step further and suggest incorporating Aiki-Jujutsu, which is the actual non gay version of what Aikido fundamentally tries to be. It incorporates more wrist locks, and I’m sure if you were to practice it, the basic arm throws and wrist manipulations could be used to break arms and wrists.

Both of these examples are total Aikido bullshit, but I think with a few adjustments it could be truly immobilizing. The problem with it is that the actual practitioner is never really resisted and it’s encouraged they never throw their weight into it. I think it could be possible if you’re facing someone twice your size to catch an unbalanced strike or catch, and throwing your weight into them break an arm.

If you're a female without extensive fighting experience, and you're fighting a male, you're going to loose. When I was doing jujitsu I'd get paired up with males, and they either beat me through longer reach and greater limb strength, or if we were on the ground, simply by dropping their weight on my chest and suffocating me. I'm not slight either; I'm a shortarse but I've got very broad shoulders for a woman and I was carrying a lot of muscle at the time, but it didn't make a much of difference. The only thing that I could do in a ground fight was get a leg free and wrap it around my opponent's neck. If I couldn't do that in the first ten seconds, match was theirs. What doing jujitsu ultimately taught me was that if a male wanted to hurt me, there wasn't much I could do to stop him.

tl;dr

Run away.

If it's a competitive fight with rules you have to be skilled to pull it off, but it's not like it's impossible, the rules still leave room for you to target someone's natural weakpoints. If it's a 'real' fight where you're in danger, you're better off carrying a weapon (a sharp one or a firearm) and ensuring you're in a position to use it in self-defense if you're a shorter sort.

I don't know of any human that is over 12 feet tall, but if the Annunaki do attack me, I will perhaps use some magic I learned from them. That's not a weapon, is it?

Per time spent it is quite possibly the least useful thing to train compared to other fighting styles. Morihei Ueshiba was a genius fighter, but his style and training methods are just not very effectice. The biggest lack is that you don't learn effective attacks, just defenses. And generally the people that train it are soyboys compared to people that train other styles (in regards to upper body strength).

This means that the people you train with have very bad offense skills and as a result you only train against piss poor offense, with little strength or creativity.

Aikido and aiki derived styles are a great complement to someone who is already an established fighter. It's a little bit like a master's degree. But if you have an experienced aikido or aikijujutsu practioner vs an untrained big guy, my money is on the big guy, because they can just leave any attempted locks with brute strength.

What doing jujitsu ultimately taught me was that if a male wanted to hurt me, there wasn't much I could do to stop him.
You know more than 80% of women. And then women have some natural advantages for grappling. The looser joints and ligaments makes it harder to use any specific submission. But the body strength difference is immense. The difference is even more pronounced with striking, because the role of upper body strength being more important even, as well as denser bones and jaws.
