They haven't done imaging/testing to see what stage it is. However, the '2" might refer to a GRADE 2 tumor, which has to do with how differentiated the cells are. That's something they should know from the initial testing from the D&C

what she can't say is "creatinine". It's a protein related to muscle and if kidneys work well, the creatinine in the blood is low, if they are damaged it's high

the "creatinine clearance" also shows how good the kidneys are working by showing how much creatinine is being taken out in a minute

Now, she's not a doctor, so she can't be expected to be sensible, but first she is not sure what she's talking about, second she doesn't even say the units so heaven knows what is really "300 points above"

But she is completely wrong by saying "it doesn't mean anything and it's normal in fat people". What she is talking about doesn't make any sense: a "Creatinin Clearance" of 300 "points"(!) above normal would mean they have to retake the test because such a thing probably doesn't exist. But I'm no nephrologist so maybe one can say. Never heard about it, couldn't find anything about it.

Anyway, goal's reached: many are feeling sorry for her, mummy's visiting, everything is forgotten, she is Saint Cow.

She admits the conversation with the doctor went as predicted - she crying, the doctor trying to speak, for 30 minutes. 30 minutes in doctor time is forever, at least two patients were not seen in that time.

An easy way to make the haydurs shut up would be to show the histology (cell examination) report and the blood result. But no that would make her "specialness" go away and she would be back in her usual bovinity. In the meanwhile she is reaping off the benefits of having supposedly "cancer".

It's normal. Cancer isn't usually staged until after surgery (if applicable) and imaging. At best, she'd have preliminary grading at this point and she should know the specific type of cancer.

Meh. One of two things is probably happening here:

1. She has cancer and her symptoms would seem to indicate it's not in its early stages. Even if it is, the treatments will be very hard on her and she's likely to die a miserable death from the cancer itself or suffocating on her own fat during surgery.

2. Her symptoms are are caused by her extreme obesity and coincidentally align with those of cancer. She "misunderstood" or is intentionally exaggerating the situation for that warm feeling of asspats and YouTube cash. She'll still likely die a miserable death, but possibly after a huge scandal when people figure it out and her short-sighted attempt to revive her channel results in its complete decimation.

I'm skeptical. She lies more easily than she breathes, and she is exactly the kind of person who'd overstate having precancerous cells in order to get the views and sympathy she lives for. Up until the last couple of days her income was tanking, and since she doesn't pay hospital bills, the fact that all of this will likely cost her more than she'll earn doesn't really occur to her. I'm sure she sees the views rising and figures it'll all work itself out somehow.

That, or she's actively dying. Either way, she's kinda screwed.
