naw. Salem barely avoided being cancelled just for sitting out on Zack and Nairo's manipulation and blackmail fest. Sajam said it best, players are replaceable to the FGC and him too But I don't know, as much as I do agree with bans or harsh punishments for misconduct it doesn't sit right with me that a community built on iconic players doing skilful things considers it's players so expendable.
Granted I hate that he's the face of the FGC, ugh, but he seems to have done nothing egregiously wrong by their standards so he's never getting cancelled I guess. SF that is.

Video game press doesn't want him gone, he's too diverse, and whenever mainstream media reports on vidya drama the subject they cover comes up through the game sites. So mainstream won't touch him if the right games journalists doesn't raise a stink first and the protective pronouns twitter mob will accuse any games journalist of being -phobes/-ists if they do and they are deathly afraid of that. Anyone in his general social sphere, the ones he would be most likely to act inappropriate around, wouldn't dare to bring up him showing them guro furry porn and talking about fox dicks.
Maybe in 10-15 years when he's old and slow an up and coming diversity queen will see an opportunity to dethrone him and take his sponsorships.

There's a guy on fightcade who used to harass me for dickpics constantly and threatened to go to an event I considered attending just to kill me. He's, a character, there's enough credibility to shades of his insanity that it warrants maybe speaking about sometime if I can compile an interesting enough receipt from my experiences. Actually, he might be a good example of a pet or personal lolcow of mine as I actually used to find traits of his endearing and though I do have some solid evidence of his absurdity, he might be a serviceably entertaining read even without it. Can't knock me for thinking even an unsourced write up of the guy would be worthwhile look when he's just so crazy I can hardly believe he's an actual person himself. My dealings with him from voice chat, to in game, to on fightcade were... If Chris-chan is a rabbit hole then this guy was like a labyrinth. None of the conditions for dealing with him in a way he considered fair were consistent with each other and though I did leave with some concept of what he'd want out of a 'friend', those rules were so grossly outnumbered by toxic and random behavioural traits that they honestly are not even worth accounting for.

I actually tried to train myself to main a few characters in that game. First of all that room is the most packed room out of any other room in FightCade 1 (like the user amount winds up being in the triple digits sometimes), so it's more likely you'll wind up seeing more spergery in THAT room over the others. Second, there's ALWAYS someone that has a beef with someone else because of either some cheap bullshit or someone taking the game WAY too seriously. The drama in that room is fucking dumb.

ST is far from my main game, makes me feel cosy I could pose such an equal fight to you given your apparent competence at it. That's more down to it being a more digestible and intuitive game than III. I wouldn't say that being a bottlenecked step below pro at ST like you are means that I'm de facto an actual expert at III just because I put more time into the latter, though, III's a bottomless well and actually worthwhile versus experience at it is hard to come by given the mentality and level of the EU scene. But I do study it a lot.
This guy is... Wow. Uhm. Damn. I'll say I have good reason to believe he might be rich because I've heard a few words exchanged between him and his supposed butler on voice chat before. But that could've been anything. It's also true he has an ensemble of character traits I'd never expect to see on someone who hasn't been spoilt and segregated for most of his life from society. He's incredibly bratty about, for example, losing for any reason at all. If you play offensively you're mashing, if you're blocking too much for his liking that's turtling.
People who win in his eyes are just blatantly carried by their autism or OCD and coming to terms with his comparative lack of talent for one reason or another's just beyond his view when blinded by that narcissism of his.
There's a lot that's happened with the guy but it's easy enough to narrow who he is down since he's the one almost always threatening violence on other players.
