Having gone to a Nightclub "venue" when they were beginning to crop up before the Lockdown boom I truly do not see any of the appeal to it. Its like playing VR chat without the option of the VR whackiness. Everyone just stands around, some people are just sexting, some are just doing fuck all.

One thing I noticed about the WHM Evolved gameplay showcase I haven't seen mentioned was that Lucid Dreaming was missing from the hotbar.
Mare (as far as I know) didn't really become popular until into EW's release. I went to a few venues back in early 2022 and most people used TexTools for modding back then so you'd only see changes to your own character. I mod my character to be what I call vanilla+ in that she just has minor changes rather than looking like she's stepped out of IMVU or some shit. I started getting really bugged by other people to get Mare in summer that year but yeah, pre-Mare clubs were still awkward but at least on Chaos we only had 2 or 3 of them at the time. After DC travel was added was when it all seemed to go mental on EU with venues, from a Chaos perspective at least.
I used to use Glamourer, but now that glam is unrestricted, I don't use character mods all that much anymore. I sometimes play around with weapon vfx when I'm bored and make my own weapon effect mods, and I use some job vfx mods for fun, but my character themselves looks vanilla nowadays.

Until we get an exact reason, I'm assuming this might be about his comments regarding Kate and Sena since that was done on stream and became a youtube video, and it finally reached Square's ears. But it's a total stab in the dark. It's the only thing I can think of that he's done recently that might be construed as "Aggressive comments and behavior towards others" that was particularly public.
