Went on ahead and grabbed Lyn since I don't have her. This has to be the best looking batch that Heroes has brought out so far. I like how Ike and Roy have their father's outfits.

Indeed, I picked lyn as well. it makes sense for lyn and lucina because in Fire emblem, the blazing blade, lyn can use bows if she is promoted to blade lord. And in awakening, lucina can use spears if she is promoted to great lord.

Alright, since I'm sure 99% of you no longer play Pokemon GO, Nintendo decided they would try and make their own mobile games. There's Super Mario Run but that's boring and doesn't involve throwing as much money away as this.

So, Fire Emblem: Heroes. For the uninformed, Fire Emblem is a strategy game where a bunch of children go around beating the fuck out of professional armies, assassins, dragons, and God using the power of friendship. Hey, it's from Japan. What do you expect?

(Yes the plot is more complicated and mature depending on what installation of the franchise you're referring to. No one cares.)

Since Nintendo looked back on the 14 games in the franchise and realized "Hey, there's a lot of people running around calling Sakura or Kagero or Elise or whatever their waifu or something. Let's profit off of these idiots and make a game where you can spend money in a vain attempt to get a unit of them." And thus, we got our Fire Emblem gacha, Fire Emblem: Heroes, where you throw a bunch of money to get garbage and possibly the one unit you actually want. (haha no)

... Alright, it's a lot better than that, and quite honestly I've had quite a bit of fun with it. If you're a fan of strategy games, quick, 5 minute sessions, and Fire Emblem in general, I'd at least recommend picking it up. You can get 20 orbs (the minimum for summoning 5 heroes straight off the bat) from doing the Prologue and picking up the free orb bonuses from its launch currently going on, and most units you summon will get you through the early part. It's hardly Pay-to-Win, unless you get to the high levels of Arena where Takumi and Hector eagerly await to smash your face in and ruin your streak.

Who here's playing it? Who here's already spent thousands of dollars on a bunch of waifus and made a terrible decision with their life? Who here has Takumi and is the bane of all Arena players everywhere. They also hack the games using software like GameGuardian and stuff to get unlimited money.

(Love my Takumi btw.)

Its a money grab... mobile is making money like a printing press right now, so they will throw anything at it to cash out.

I poured all of my orbs into the Brave Summons and I never got Bravecina. Fuck you RNJesus.

At least I got "Marth" from the Tempest Trials.

I got all 4 brave heroes, so... I'm good.

I'm almost toward the 50,000 threshold for the TT. Just 8-9 more rounds of playing.

theres a tempest trial going on. if you get enough points on it. youll recruit Joshua from the sacred stones.



also, there's a legendary Hero Fest summoning thats about to happen.
The 5 star hero rarity is different. 8% for focus heroes, and 0% for other 5 star heroes.

Also. Book 2 has been added, if you complete the chapter, you’ll get fjorm as a 5 star unit. Guaranteed

And one more thing. Weapon refinery has been added.

I still play every now and then, but it's mostly just to get the free orbs and grind up my five-star units.

I hope to get Micaiah though in the new update.

Finally got New Year Camilla, and I can get my flier team in gear.

I want to keep trying that banner for New Year Azura though if only for Hone Fliers. She'd go well with my current team of NY!Camilla, Michalis and Valter.

i got new years Azura. btw, the tempest trial is coming and you can get New Years Corrin as a reward for it.

also, oliver from radiant dawn is gonna be a grand hero battle.
 
Yeah I plan to get both.

Can't wait to use the beautiful meme god himself. It'll be fun fitting Oliver into a team.

i've been thinking.. since they putted guunthra in a summonihng thing before. its making me think that they'll add a chapter in the future that you'll recruit her from completing it.

its making me also think that they might make bruno recruitable too in a future chapter. just a thought.

Some new refined weapons maps. Interesting

A new grand hero battle. It’s Lyon. The villain from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. And a GHB revival for Valter who is also from the sacred stones.

A tempest trial mini called shrouded by the storm. I’m gonna guess this might be for Sacred Stones characters but not confirmed.

More new heroes and log in bonuses.

Alright guys. The tempest trial has ended. I was able to get all the rewards from it and got my score to 50k. I got everything.

I got ALOT of Gold Crystals. Both small and big.

I also got a crap ton of hero feathers from it. I already have more then 20k. But since they announced the next tempest trial mini will begin at the end of the month, I’m gonna save em for a hero that I already have if he/she is announced as a bonus character for the TT. It’s always wise to be prepared.

I've been alternating between Micaiah, Celica, and Alm. But after seeing the results I may just go full Celica now.

And of course fucking Loki is #7. I wonder why? HMMMMMMMMMMM?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
