My first concert ever was Bad Company at age 3; it's also what started my love affair with music.

My parents still talk about it to this day because it was apparently wildly funny that little Mappy was pointing at the guitarist and yelling, "IT'S MY TURN IT'S MY TURN!".

I forget the year but it was Opeth, it was good but I remember feeling the audience were being jerks since there was a support band that got booed off stage because the audience just wanted to see Opeth.

I've never been big with music, bands, or concerts. But I wanted to go see a local band with my brother when we were teens that we both liked, but my dad made us go to a Meatloaf concert.

A lot of artists I like always avoid my country on world tours and it fucking sucks, so the first time I went on a concert was with my cousin, because she invited me. It was Infected Mushroom, and they were okay to dance to and headbang I guess, but when it was over, I was nearly deaf and my ears were ringing because the sound was really shitty and loud (not the fault of the band). It persisted for around 4 hours *sigh* The next time I went by myself to a Boris concert. They were loud, but the sound was great, so I had a great time

The only artist my family could all agree to go see was James Blunt, so I got to see him on Back to Bedlam's tour. It was a good show, Blunt is self-aware and often joked onstage (stuff like, "I'm at the piano, so you know it's going to be a sad whinge of a song next").

First solo concert was either Cannibal Corpse or Alestorm, I can't remember which show was first.

Billy Idol.
I was 18 and my sister took me as a birthday present as my car had been wrecked by my brother.
On the concert: It made me realize how much I hate people and general admission- fat people trying to mosh and crowd surf, air too thick with smoke, and some high af lady kept petting my hair no matter where I moved in the crowd. Had to pay more attention to the people around me than the actual performance.
*sigh*
Not a happy Bepis that night, but I did get to shake the washed-up old fuck's hand so it was kinda worth it at the time.

-First and last concert; anyone I'd want to see 1. never comes here 2. is dead or disbanded (Would totally see Flogging Molly, Sting, or Bastille tho.)

wow okay so
i didnt get to go to a concert until 2014?? because I was Lame and never was allowed to go wherever my sisters went for concerts but finally

i went to go see Say Anything and Modern Baseball for say anything's tour for their album Hebrews :")

when we left the venue we almost were in the middle of a attempted shop lifting by a drunk homeless man and watched a speedway employee chase after the dude with a mop then come back to ring us up like it happens all the time

it also warmed my little emo kid heart that i wore the say anything hoodie i bought for 3 years and then it got eaten the end

Mine was Keith Urban, (mom took me lmao) I dislike country music but it was amusing to watch suburban moms throw themselves at Keith.
The first concert I went to myself was Nicki Minaj: The Pinkprint Tour it was a riot. This year I'm going to see MGMT and then camp in my car after because I can't afford a hotel.

My first was actually just 4 years ago since super big bands don't come by very often. I saw Metalachi who are fucking badass. They actually come to this area a lot so I've seen them a total of four times now.
