A few random thoughts:
I don’t see the show building a set in a warehouse. With their current system they can buy houses that need renovations, trash them, then renovate the interiors and sell them off at a profit.
With a warehouse it’s all carrying costs unless they’re renting it out as an actual warehouse in between seasons, but that requires way more logistical legwork from the wigger crew.
As for Jimmy, I think production was definitely trying to maneuver them into this fight but I don’t think it was fake. Obviously the way everything shook out does seem a bit too perfect, but Jimmy is too much of a sperg to make his performance seem so believable.
Finally, does anyone have actual evidence that the porn account was TJs? All I saw is that it shared a username with one of his other accounts, but “lubecooch” isn’t really super unique as far as porn account usernames go. Even if it’s really his I’m still proud of him. He actually won that fight: Jimmy wore himself out sperging, and quit as soon as he realized he wouldn’t be able to play it like a wrestling match.

Jimmy warning that he'd lose his temper was just him trying to get out of the fight.
First he said he didn't have to beef, then he said he refused to do the beef even if required, then he said he'd do the beef but if he lost he'd refuse to sleep in the dog house, then he said "I'm not going to follow the rules...it'll get ugly", then when he heard Jet say "Minute thirty rounds?" he insisted on only one round, then he kept trying to quit over and over during the match.
He wasn't worried about getting dangerous. He's was afraid. TJ was afraid too, but he wasn't trying to spin excuses to get out of the fight.
Jimmy's lunging at Taylor and throwing the mallet at Britney are typical of the type of try-hard wanna be hardass that Jimmy is. They'll always come within an inch of physical violence but can't go through with it for real.

My take is that TJ is a zoomer who grew up on the internet, his weird fetishes are a symptom of a much larger, societal problem.
