I like it. It shows character development. Especially since he’s not even aware he was the one who gave Damiel the boot. At this point nobody but the staff has the ability to throw him off of his throne, and it’s going to be difficult doing that while also not outright targeting him. This is Fish Tank, so seeing natural interactions and hierarchies develop is apart of the process.
