Causing public disturbances/nuisances can get a film production shut down - there are a lot of local bylaws you have to adhere by when doing something like this, because it's not just 'living in a house' once you're shooting a show or film there.

I guess my question at this point would be what's the threshold for a "commercial production".
Neptroon and Co. sure as shit don't cut it in my opinion. This is no different than a twitch streamer.
Alas though, like assholes we all have opinions.

As long as they're within noise pollution and disturbance laws, I don't see the issue.
This really seems like something they could litigate and be successful.
