fred pulled the wire out of the ceiling, which has a pretty elaborate setup and is where all their modems and shit are. no shot it's actually 100k but they're probably actually pissed about it

I didn't realise it failed to sell after the listing. I'm surprised they could afford to have such an expensive asset just sitting around unused.
 
S2 house is basically structurally unsound. That's why the basement keeps flooding. I guess it would take a complete rebuild to solve that issue.

She needs a gig like Frank does I reckon. Give her a week in the tank for once a season to stir things up, bring the Fish out their shells. She's really brought these duller Fish to life already.

Direnc is in B2, but the doors open into the room so i'm not sure the trap is going to work.
Unless it tips over towards the hallway i suppose, but the cup would then tip over immedietly as the door opens so the contents of the cup would just spill on the floor anyway.

He should've opened the bathroom door slightly and put the cup on top but being a drunk I can only imagine how hard it must be trying to do that whilst having the shakes.

Kind of a side conversation but Nick was a car salesman and a comedian, if he was good at renovations and shit it would've been his main gig. They definitely talked to him about it, and he gave them bad advice. Whenever he talks about the house he's building right now he talks about it being a nightmare, aka it isn't as easy as he thinks it is. His advice regarding houses is something I would take with a lot of salt lol.
