With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

  • 2 Stars — Pretty bad. Some funny moments, dragged, too many vibe repair days. Barely worth checking.

i highly doubt Sam will be willing to move for the purpose of the show. hes been very against moving out to the sticks and insists on staying in that little shithole neighborhood in Rhode Island for whatever reason. maybe other members of production would be down to make it happen, but we probably wont see anymore Sam appearances.

I agree with this. Just take the show to some ranch in bumfuck nowhere Montana where the nearest neighbour is 50 leagues away.

I imagine the infrastructure to manage the show's massive bandwidth usage is the main issue, Sam seems intelligent enough to have inspected this or he's just too attached to his sleepy little corner of America.

If the location got doxxed, and it very easily would, you would still have the same issues. But way less likely in the middle of bum fuck Wyoming.

Sam should contact the local police before making his show. Make themselves known as a prominent online group that has been facing harassment. Show proof of previous swattings blah blah blah.

Everytime some idiot does this there is a serious chance someone could get hurt or killed. The police in America are stupid as fuck and often times when they are sent out to a call like this there is not enough communication. A more accurate version is "Deranged Redditor tries to kill people for Internet points". SWATing is the same as attempted murder.

I will never forgive them for utterly ruining KingcobraJFS. They a-logged him to the point where he stopped going live or making interesting content before the sub got shut down. The reddit echo chamber effect needs to be studied because time and time again, subs end up becoming hate filled circlejerks.
 
Better it die a violent end via SWAT team than slowly choke itself into obscurity over 7 more seasons. 🫡

Oh who am I kidding. I bet fishtank will be back before the end of the July. Sam Hyde will keep winning.
 
My question is why sam doesnt own the house they use for the show at this point if it was so lucritive. Getting evicted? Seriously?
