yeah pretty much this exactly. I kind of picture jimmy being dressed in a tuxedo with tails and a top hat for a date with one of the ladies wearing an earpiece while sam feeds him lines. The show could lean more into absurd visuals to entertain the audience while keeping up the kayfabe.

they could execute convoluted schemes for him to impress and woo the women and also test their integrity and intentions with him lol. Maybe they could tell the women that he is an eccentric who is also funding the show so they arent totally horrified when they first interact with him.

the more i think about this the more I think it would be great. They could easily get a bunch of women who have never heard of fishtank or even sam hyde to do a dating show if they give them a fake name. they could have a plant who petends that they know who jimmy is and that he is known for lavishing women in gifts and paypigging e-whores to gaslight the women into actually competing hard to win.

This sounds hilarious. They’ve definitely gotten this kind of thing together for MDE, and more recently, the Chris Lynch dating show. The real problem is how to keep the veneer of a reality show together when two hours in it seems like an attempt of some retarded guy to lure women to his rape den out in the middle of nowhere (at least that’s how the S3 contestants talked about that house).

This is impossible. The second season of The Joe Schmo Show was literally as the guy described and the woman Ingrid was voicing concerns about being on the Truman Show almost immediately; the people she was juxtaposed against were professional comedians and actors not fishtank schizos and wigger production staff, eventually she realized the whole thing was fake halfway through and had to be brought in to the show as an actress as well to help prank the bachelor Tim that the show was legitimate.

I’m pretty excited for conGREGated. I ended up wishing I had watched the last one after Frank and Burt showed up, I think he’s going to have a lot of success now that there’s such a hole in the market. If he can just get the Fishtank account to retweet a conGREGated link that should be thousands of viewers. It’s my impression that Greg is still on good terms with the wiggers? It would be pretty funny if Greg mogs them and successfully completes a show without imploding.


On a side note, it occurred to me the other day that Season 1 is the only main season that can really be called “successfully completed”. The back half of Season 2 was unwatchable, Season 3 had the R.V., and obviously Season 4 had some sight issues.

I think seGREGated was kinda whatever if I'm gonna be honest. Hilarious moments sprinkled in there but as other people said, was kinda a one man show for a week straight. Greg is quite amusing but I don't know about leading man material, which is why I think the Frank and Burt segments were probably the best parts of that show.

That said.
conGREGated is probably going to be quite good. If there's one thing Greg has a keen eye on is #content, and having more people in there as he takes up the director chair is gonna be significantly better. I might not be glued to Greg does for his solo stuff, but the man is constantly engaging in gimmicks, eating edibles, conversing with the audience what they want. He's got the perfect mentality for something like this because he knows what the grind is like for a small YouTube channel. So I'm expecting a fun little time, and for something to obviously fill that void of content.

Honestly Greg should've been brought on as part of production because he's a idea guy, which I think Jet and Ben sorely lack.

Greg is elevated when he's with other people, like on S2 and Bloodgames. Even seGREGated, despite it being the Greg show, did feature regular interactions with people like Frank, Burt and even the crew, and those were the highlights of the show.

I don't like coming across as mean to Greg, but by himself he's usually not very interesting (the July 4th edibles stream is a noted exception), he's much better as part of a larger production or at the very least interacting with other funny people so he has someone to bounce off of. He's got talent, just not as a solo streamer.

Maybe I just refuse to, but I don't believe in Jetty being a real thing. The IP2 guy was harder for me to stomach, but I still cling to the idea, this being a one time misstep.

However, I do think it's funny whenever Jimmy is still brought up as "incel" or in a similar vain. While not reflected in his engagement, I do think he has a weird amount of fan girls. Not despite of the Abby incident, maybe even because of it. He just seems like catnip for the most self hating kind of 4chan e-girl.
There is a possibility this is only an online thing and wouldn't translate into real life, but still...
