He's talking about his mom who got her GED and worked his way up. His dad worked 2 full-time jobs to get them out of poverty.

Fuck the computer room. Im so bored I haven't even watched much the last few days. The tank has just become a place for them to hang out. With only 3 weeks left we need some serious challenges - where are the sleep streams? Where is the cell? Even Sam's eating hot dogs and puking it challenge was better than whatever is going on now.
 
I find the twin's art and characters to be charming and interesting. Edmund McMillen loves the twins and I wonder if he might give them some interesting opportunities after the show.
 
Y'know what fucking sucks about Fishtank? The live version is better if you have the wherewithal to keep up with it as Fishtank is airing, but the "episodes" that they make a few months after the live streams end are 100% wholesale better from a "I don't have the stomach to float through different camera streams just to see my favourite tard this season" POV... except 9/10 the memes that everyone cares about are almost always fucking absent.

Fishtank S1 holds a special place in my heart because of Jon and Josie, but the Fishtank S1 episodes basically cut out all of my favourite Jon and Josie moments, and the few that are still present are edited in post to the point of being unrecognisable. I have no doubt in my mind that Fishtank S5 will be more of the same.

To this day, I still don't see the value in the produced episodes other than seeing some of the hand-recorded footage/BTS we didn't see live. It's an utterly soulless product devoid of the actual funny moments, curated by editors who have had objectively bad taste for years now. Steinful couldn't keep his dick out of Josie and work at a productive pace, and AB and whoever else they wrangled are borderline incompetent and don't understand what is actually funny in the show.

You're not lying, but sometimes a nigga gets a hankering to watch some Fishtank and the produced episodes are better than watching the same 2-3 clip compilations over and over again.
