With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

She traded the piss powers for simp powers, it's not that hard to understand between S1 Letty and any other time Letty. She also (probably) got several STDs from the IP2 guys.
 
The most wholesome moment for me was the final challenge, everyone was tasked to get the goo from the goo factory. In a straight line, they're heading up the stairs while bouncing to and singing "Burts Goo Song" while it plays around the house on repeat while they get all the goo. I wish I had the clip of them going up the stairs singing in unison, felt iconic as an ending scene.

The poll is shit. I've already sperged about it enough in the sneedchat, but I'd rate the season a 5/5 excluding the finale which is worse or as bad (undecided) as s2. I'll take S4's 'ending' over this.

I think it was less about the money and more about being on the Tank after the Wiggers fucked up his casting for Season 3. A 50k cash injection for a small production company would also be pretty decent and help with some operating costs too. Ultimately I don't really care who won it between Bash / Drake / Twins as the season was holistically enjoyable, the ending was just controversial. And I get the impression the Twins haven't really "won" anything before so disappointed for them.
 
Along with Landons song this is stuck in my head for the forseeable future thanks to the finale.
It's a haram show per se

This season really felt like a reboot of the show. It wasn't really Season 5 of Fishtank, but Season 1 of the New Fishtank - "no old faces" (ie. specifically Sam and Frank). I would say that this was a really good season, but the tenor of the show was so different, so in that regard it's difficult to compare it to the previous seasons. I genuinely hope they get a great host for Season 6 because this season was irrefutable evidence that the host determines the vibe of the house. Bam was great, but because he was relatively chill, it fostered the friend-house-family-tank situation. Hopefully next season has some bold choices.
