This has the vibe of making things up as they go along which is part of it's charm but I do wish they had thought things through and planned more. Things went quickly off the rails with the swatting, being allowed their phones and then coddling Jet needed to do to keep everyone from leaving after Simmons. I think Jet is doing the best he can but this has lead to everyone knocking on the basement door and interacting with Jet and crew all the time which I think really detracts from the show and the concept of sharks versus how it was originally pitched. If they ever do a 2nd version, I hope they are far more hands off.

I think the crew is going to think of this season as a succesful failure. It's up to them to learn from their mistakes for season 2.

After his sermon Jon tells Damiel that pisgetti used to be his favorite food but he can't eat it anymore because it fucks up his tummy.

Dam is making spaghetti and meatballs for the house. Sylvia "doesn't fuck with meatballs" but takes a triple serving of parmesan.

A TTS asks the room what TV show they'd choose to binge watch. Dam picks Invincible or Sopranos. Sylvia says Seinfeld. Josie chooses MLP and Jon picks "The Office Michael Scott"

knowing sam, hes just gonna insult anyone that claims there was anything wrong with it. this is coming from someone that likes sam.

Shortly after Jon's sermon, Vance and Letty joke about hiding his Bible. Letty jokes that "[Jon] is nothing without the all high." And that she would hide the Bible under the floorboards. She then says she would never do that to Jon. She says she wants her own Bible and for chat to send one to her. Are Jon's sermon's truly rubbing off? She goes onto say she wants to read the Bible for inspiration. They then start some drumming practice.

Sylvia has started to actually engage with the audience. Because of that she's activated her simps. She asks that they send her snacks and a cigarette.

I think they have a big list of shit they think would be funny to do that they wrote up in advance, but no actual strict plan. If things are dull, they just go to the list and pick something that sounds good. Like in the iDubbbz documentary, that gaslighting doc. That but for Fishtank.

I would like to point out that since Jon has done more for the tradcath movement than America First and since Jon’s first appearance, even Ethan Ralph has pledged himself to sobriety.
No way is Jon Catholic. If you know central Oregon, it is populated largely by white Protestants of British Isles / Scots-Irish descent. Many of these people were Southerners who fled the devastated South after the Civil War and settled the Mountain West. Other than in Utah, white Southerners were the default population of the the region, stretching from eastern Washington and Oregon over to Montana and Wyoming, down through Colorado and to Nevada and Arizona. They brought evangelical Christianity and conservative rural values with them. However, in much of the region, their numbers were swamped by recent internal migration from other parts of the country. Nevada is now dominated by Las Vegas, Colorado by Denver and its suburbs, and Arizona by Californians and snowbirds who moved into Phoenix (as well as Hispanics from Mexico). Montana also received many Germans who were comparatively more liberal. Utah of course is dominated by Mormons instead (mix of New England puritan background, and English and Scandinavian converts from the 19th century).

However everywhere in the mountain West that didn't receive more immigration remains demographically populated by white southerners. This includes central and eastern Oregon and, I believe, includes our St. Jon himself. He reads the Bible, believes every conspiracy, is extremely right wing on politics (yet it's all Boomer right, not alt-right).

Would be great if someone could confirm his real name and I'll confirm all this.

I think they also had a lot of ideas that were funny in their heads but when they started interacting with real people the ideas started to make them feel bad. Torture is less fun when you are empathetic towards the victims. I imagine most of the sharks would feel like shit if they made Josie cry or something like that.

Jon is confusing the lack of need of a church to worship God and understanding it as "The Catholic church itself is bad and Jesus didn't trust it"
He's mentioned a few things that get brought up a lot in conspiracy theorist circles. Maybe he saw a video about how the Catholic Church is Satanic. There's a lot of anti-Catholic conspiracy stuff floating around and it seems like it would be right up Jon's alley.

I know is been said before but I really hope Sam finds a way to utilize Jon after this is all done. Dude is a natural born content machine.

TTS has asked Jon what he thinks causes autism. Genetics, foods, poisoning from the mother like mercury, vaccines of course, Red 40 and other food dyes. Still maintains that 80% of population is autistic. He's also noticed that teachers are fucked when it comes to autistic children.

He called Catholics "pedophilic Italian freaks" or something of that nature a few days ago. Also his bible is King James. 100% protestant solely based on that, let alone the anti-Catholic comments.
Honestly I don't think Jon is smart enough to understand the nuances of different Christian denominations. I think he just believes everything HUSTLER REDPILLERS say on IG as gospel. Christianity=based. Catholics=bad. I have no idea where he got that "Jesus said not to trust the church" thing from. Is he confusing the [Christian] church with the Pharisees or something?

Sylvia seems to be under the impression that the viewers control what's in the loot box. She is telling the audience that she could use a cherry coke and a modelo with her dinner.

Edit: TTS instead asked her to cook all the food and do a muckbang

It would be entertaining as fuck, but given Jon's rampage of smashing and puking after a case of cheap lager, I don't think hanging around the degenerate druggie wiggers Sam surrounds himself with would be good for him. But hey, he is God's strongest soldier, maybe he'd convert them all with karaoke sermons.

Tbf it's not his bible, I believe it was one of the books that was supplied.
