He might have, but I don't follow Jet at all and Sam only casually. Though logically you'd want only one plant for a project like this that's running long term, as if you have too many you risk having the few real people drop out too early and sinking the project.

I'd also doubt Sam would announce there's a plant with TTS active. Unless they're all the plant and all of us are the mark.
