With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Maybe I'm just soft, but now that I've heard them talk so much, I'm starting to get attached to these weirdos. I'm low key gonna be sad when TTS emotionally breaks them all in a few days. Their late night conversations are kind of wholesome.
 
So while Fishtank sits in mid mode due to the lack of 90% of features, I watched OfficialDuckStudios stream while blasted drunk and they shot their camera guy through a door with a tipless crossbow bolt and instead of getting him to a hospital asap they made him jam peroxide in it and then freaked over someone doordashing them food.

Honestly even the first night of TTS I felt pretty bad when the sex offender one played. Jon was brushing off a lot of the insulting ones before that and everyone was having a laugh, but seeing how that one affected him and killed the whole mood for everyone was kinda sad. Ultimately we are seeing how the sausage is made in terms of most of these reality shows, but probably with less producer encouraged interpersonal conflict. This is what most of the raw footage would look like, just people chatting.
 
I never would have predicted that this, of all things, would turn into a group of new friends bonding playing card games. This was supposed to be a horrible experience for everyone involved but right now they look like they are forming lifelong memories, especially considering how terminally online they all usually are. It's still entertaining, just not in the way we expected. Maybe it's a psyop by Sam to make some people he knows touch grass.

Pretty much. Most of these style of reality shows have producers prodding people to do things. I knew a guy who was on Room Raiders back in the day and he talked about how most of what he did was directed by producers. Which drawers to check, ect.

Agreed. I don't want to see anyone kicked off the show now, they all have their own unique awkward charm and seem to be really oddly hitting it off.
