It's nearly 5 AM. Jon just decided to cook steak by placing it, frozen, into a cold pan with oil and no seasoning.

How has he survived this long?

With this horrible cooking I think they should have brought in Jack Scalfani as an extra guest/hazard. That fat lardball is delusional enough when he's not in his cooking show & food review routine. Have them talk to him and cook for these people. Convincing that Jack is going to a daily cooking TV show, complete with a scootypuff or a wheelchair (or both) is enough to make him come along.

It might be cruel though, since the kind of hazard he'll provide is biohazard and that might kill everyone in the Fishtank.

This is absolutely okay if the steak is thin and you're doing a reverse sear. Sear it frozen and bake a few minutes for a perfect rare steak. I'm sure Jon is too retarded to know that however.

I'm starting to think they told Damiel to make sure Vance stays up until sunrise based off of Jet hinting at "your roommates" when he dropped the secret task bomb and single-handedly destroyed the entire group dynamic.
 
Speaking of challenges, maybe Josie was given a challenge to come up with some catch phrase so the people would spam TTS with it non-stop when it comes back, otherwise this spruce thing seems way out of the blue.
Given her character and appeal to the chat I think it's safe to assume that it will be repeated like 10 times atleast.
