With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

They live is the basement and when they run out of food and water they come upstairs to steal from the fridge. The producer tells a bullshit awkward story, then they go back downstairs into their goblin den. This has happened 2 or 3 times so far.

I don't understand the dynamic as is. It's just a camera showing 6 goobers talking about boring, inane bullshit all day long. It only started a handful of days ago so I assume it's going to get better as Sam increases whatever torturous shit he has planned, but as it stands now this is the most boring shit to watch on the internet. If this wasn't spearheaded by Sam, I think most people would disregard it.

I want to believe after the first week they plan on turning up the heat but I'm also getting the sense the show catching on with the twitch react crowd along with Sam/Jet growing fond of the fish is resulting in this going from a hell house to an online friend simulator.

Things got derailed by the website going down and then the swatting. There's been no TTS, their sketch performances got delayed. It's sort of a half standby mode right now.
