With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

You weren't around to see it in it's full glory. When the site was up you had control over every camera in the house so you could focus on whoever you wanted to. It created a completely unique form of media where even if not much was going on the viewer still had agency on what/who they were watching. It was also a pretty great community experience because to understand the "dynamic" between all of the fish you have to rely on others to clip what they found interesting while you were asleep/focused on another fish. Hopefully they can get everything back up and running even half as smoothly as it was.

The premise peaked my interest before the launch and the interactivity aspect got me really hooked. You could have multiple ways to engage, but when the TTS messages were activated, it started to get really interesting. Switching cameras to see Damiel schizo boxing the air, catching Jet hiding the quarters or witnessing an azn buckbreaking session while every contestant gets verbally abused by the audience was a sight to behold. I hope the site comes back as soon as possible.

Hope they get the site running again before that sketch, cause jewtube trannies will shut down the feed fast enough to implode the cameras.

I'm hoping they get it up so we can actually see other cams, giving people "missions" and then giving the audience no access to other cams kind of sucks, we could have found out who was doing sketchy shit by now if the site was functional.
 
The reality of being on a reality tv show as an above 4/10 woman is that when you sleep there's always at least 300 sweaty hairy autists watching you like

I've been told an old trick they would pull in basic training (bootcamp when you join the military) was to act all buddy buddy with the recruits, throw a party and get then drunk as fuck, and then wake them up at 5 am the next day for exercises just to make their lives as miserable as possible when they're hung over.

I was hoping they would do this today but I'd be surprised if any of them were out of bed by 11 am.

We could have cool challenges like this, but Sam is afraid of them leaving so all we'll get a le epic slowburn, surealist arthouse flick that fizzles out at the end.
