So what's the story behind Damiel?

Highly suspected to be a plant due to pics of him in Sam's studio, pics with Jet, obvious phone and the poop incident.
Jon called him a plant yesterday, Damiel threatened Jon, Jon said "go for it" and damiel went upstairs and had a strop, danced like a monkey to music off his phone and then was pulled out by a shark after a hug.
Maybe, just maybe, he was kicked out for the phone. But in all likelihood he was kicked because he was a plant and got found out.

As someone much smarter and funnier than me pointed out, Jon believes literally every conspiracy theory he hears. He's spent a week telling the others the moon landing wasnt real and that cancer is a fungus, then he calls someone a plant and is CORRECT. How on earth do you think that makes the others feel?
