With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Jon talks about his parents, and he states that while his parents were right wing they never forced their views on him or his sisters. When asked about whether or not white people should be able to say the nigger word Jon respond, "I couldn't care less." He continues with the political talk saying that his sisters became left wing, and while they disagree they still get along. He doesn't like calling himself right wing because he thinks that concepts such as left and right wing exist only to divide the people. "I believe what I believe is true, and whenever someone questions it I will listen to them and decide whether I agree with them or not."

TTS asks whether Jon or Letty has inspirational stories about their parents. Letty insists Jon says a story. Jon says his dad told him to never let a woman go somewhere dangerous by themselves and that his father also taught him to keep honest. Letty says that she's inspired by her parents because of how young they were when they immigrated from Ukraine to Canada. She's impressed how they integrated with all of the pressure and describes it as admirable.

Letty says she enjoys hearing Jon's views on things because of the interesting way Jon looks at things. They end the conversation there and decide to go downstairs.

that entire episode in the bedroom was basically a date and im not sure if jon realizes it.

  • Had a child (Letty)
  • Moved from Ukraine to Canada and learned English for a better life
Letty:

  • Closest thing she's had to a job is what you're currently watching
Really puts into perspective just how over it is.

I now realize she's an important part of the show. Where would we be without her scheming, shaking babies, fishing for information, eavesdropping on everyone, dogwalking Vance, listening to Jon talk about manosphere conspiracies?

These zoomers' brains must be fried with fluoride and screen addiction. All they do is sit around... Like just be creative and do something.
  1. Bible Trivia: Use the Bible as a source of trivia questions. Split into teams, and take turns asking questions. The team with the most correct answers after a certain number of rounds wins.
  2. Storytelling: Use the Bible as inspiration for creating your own stories. Each person can contribute a sentence or two, and you can write down the story in a notebook.

TTS asked Jon to shout out Andrew Anglin, Lettie and Sylvia jumped in and said it wouldn't be a good idea. Jon asks about him, they hint that he's a bad person and Jon asks "Why do you know about so many bad people?"

He's doing all the right things by staying [mostly] calm and inoffensive, not really pissing anyone off, and trying to make "alliances" with all of the other contestants while scheming against them.

The problem with Lance is this is not a traditional reality show.

I've been thinking the same thing but the problem is we don't really know how this game is going to go and neither do the contestants or producers. He's doing a fine job playing Survivor or Big Brother because the contestants vote for the winner at the end and an inoffensive but reasonably strategic player almost always makes it to the final two. From there it usually comes down to who made the boldest moves without being too much of an asshole.

If that's the game he's doing decently, even though there aren't really any defined alliances and he isn't making bold moves. He's following someone else's lead, everytime. I know the Big Brother contestants literally just sit around plotting and gossiping all day long and the way Vance is playing right now would come back to bite him in ass.
