The producers were purposely putting them together alone in bedrooms and Jon was the one to end those interactions every time. He walked out of the bedroom he was alone with her in because the minecraft book they were reading wasn't up to date. She asked him to lay on the bed during the cell challenge and he asked if there was another blanket. Even when he was packing up yesterday her and Josie both said they would miss him, and he said yeah to her, then asked Josie if she wanted a hug. Someone asked him who the most attractive person in the house is and he said Josie. To think Jon was doing anything beyond just being a friendly autist is just silly.
Also, he had her read to him because he's borderline illiterate. He expressed that in his bedroom 2 monologue he wanted people to contact him when he left so he could learn more about the Bible because he couldn't read it sufficiently himself.
