Ben lived in a haunted house as a kid. No one died in it, but they would hear creaks and "weird shit". Him and some friends one night were hearing whispers and creaks and his friend's mom came upstairs in a night gown and told them her father was in the house. It was bizarre for some reason. As far as contacting this psycho, I stick to the “Do not interact” rule. Nothing good ever comes from being contact with somebody like this, including you. Be good to yourself, do not tell him pertinent information about yourself. If you have, delete it now. He will find out eventually and he is mentally unstable enough to make your life harder.

I used an extension Fuck Overlays to get rid of the overlays (yes I know how to use the dev console but a right-click option makes it way easier). There are several elements but just use the 'fuck it' option until you can get to the content.
