Admins are saying sylvia wants to sue

She started puking after getting cinnamon in eyes and throat for better part of an hour

People with access to the archives say the cameras still recorded some after shut down and she was threatening suicide

They also post pics of something the shark found under her bed. Speculation is that is was planted there by a shark a week ago. Is it body fluids or rotten food?

Tbh they likely stopped since 4chan was very insistent on blaming kf for the initial doxxing and swatting of the fishtank. Just to reiterate, we did not do that, the doxxing was done by a discord group that holds no affiliation with the site, and the swatting was performed by an unknown 3rd party.

It feels like they don't know how to wrap this up. Day 1 of "Act 3" is easily one of the least entertaining so far.
TTS gates were finally opened up last night: Sylvia was starting to lose it, Josie was uncharacteristically down, Letty was fine since she has dealt with worse, Vance was in on the upcoming bit... Then just as things heat up they turn TTS off, presumably to facilitate the drab "Mauro is leaving" bit after Jet told everyone to spend 10 minutes talking to Mauro and to take a break.

Today is supposed to have day-drinking Drunk Piece of Shit Challenge Pt 2 which comes off as filler to me.

My money would be on the groypers because of their previous history on swatting (Metokur in particular), being a not so insignificant part of Hyde's fanbase and their adamant hatred of KF because of the AF/CDT subforum. No solid evidence so far, but I wouldn't rule that out.

There is no consistency in rule enforcement. Production probably sees views go up and let things get too far then hope it happens again the next day.

Yesterday there was a shark attack on Josie and all they did was go into her room with a megaphone doing stupid noises

There was attack where they poured shaving cream all over her and her book. All she did was sit there like the autist she is and then go take a shower. She also got some TTS abuse in her room, but it does seem like there is a clear bias.

There is bias but I don't think the megaphone/sprinkles or shaving cream shark attacks are good examples. The problem is Josie takes these in stride, cleans up, and then gets back to whatever.
Josie does not visibly care about most of the usual Fishtank "abuse." The things she does care about, like loud drama, she actively avoids.
I think Josie realized pretty quick that feeding into negatives means more negatives will come and she's right.

Josie bias comes in the form of having her own room for most of fishtank and having negative TTS moderated for her more than anyone else. The TTS alone can hurt her but she hides it. Rooming her with someone like Fatty or Letty should have been done a long time ago.

I saw a 4chan post that said Jet was going to get the GirlsDoPorn treatment re: lawsuits and exactly what you can put in a contract that will hold up in court which made me laugh. Also Jeremy is still posting there in the threads, I think they're a bit worse than us.

Jet has taken over the show this week, the whole "fishtank" thing is kind of ruined when the showrunner is on camera all day. I do agree that they're probably trying to figure out how to end this thing with an actual winner.

She seems like she really has her guard up, particularly around Letty. My read on her is shes either a dullard who isn't very social or she's an actress and she's playing with her cards close to her chest.

Fatty also got incredibly violent during the gang war. He almost shoved Josie down the stairs backwards, choked Vance with a metal bar from one of the beds and poked him in the kidney with it, and grappled and shoved Sylvia.

Meanwhile when Frank kabedon'd Sylvia against a wall she went to the basement and he got a warning straight away.

I think they're operating on a silence is consent system here, unless the fish actually complain to production they're not going to intervene and say "we didn't see it" as a pretty flawed strategy for avoiding liability. I don't think it will work out well but I guess this is how they allow as much as they possibly can.


Also, I watched the Mauro fight back again, I have some conclusions to share. I'm pretty certain Vance was prompted (via the "force it" conversation last night with Jet) to try and at the very least skewer Letty if not get her to leave last night. He would never normally make himself the center of attention in an argument but he was picking and defending terrible positions ("if Chris leaves a cup of pee in your room, it's your responsibility to clean it" "you pee and shit everywhere, even though we discussed yesterday that you never have" "Mauro is leaving because you did things two days prior to him returning to the show and spending 24 hours in the house") and trying to work with Betty to make Letty feel the heat. The TTS being off and Mauro waiting for Letty to return from the basement as well as Letty saying she was fed antagonistic lines to say aloud in the basement make it seem very deliberate.

The reason it failed is
#1) Vance kept cracking up. Jon told him weeks ago that he could read Vance "like a book," it still seems like Vance can't fucking lie. He literally had to calm down in the corner at one point to stop laughing and then both Sylvia and Letty called him out for laughing when he was trying to seem mad. He started to accuse Letty in Norm McDonald's voice at one point because he couldn't keep his shit together. He kept trying to meet Letty's eyes so he could shake his head at her or go "tch", but missing her eyes or snickering instead.
#2) Sylvia offered Letty a "peace offering" at dinner and said she wanted to go back to square one for the evening, and was uncharacteristically charitable with her the entire argument.
#3) Chris was so much more unsanitary all day, and nothing Vance threw at Letty stuck.

Vance eventually apologized for getting upset and Letty sounded surprised that he thought he needed to as she interpreted the entire thing as a bit. Vance L.

Letty slept in Vance's room for part of the night, and she talked about how she "loves being in the house" and doesn't want to go home. Vance sounded kind of horrified - he has been saying for days that he is homesick. She said she's having too much fun and he said that he finds his mood sours when things get toxic and has observed that when things get toxic, Letty's mood "elevates."

I think he's underestimated her for a long time and tonight has been a bit of a reckoning, I don't think he believed she would survive this so easily.
