I knew it was going to be Sylvia but I really wish it would have been boring ass Vance. There is literally nothing there with that guy, just an NPC that the audience projects themselves onto.


I couldn't stand Sylvia but she provided content and I loved her fights with Letty and how triggered she got by TTS. Her vs Letty was one of the last organic relationships left in the tank, Betty vs Letty is just not going to be the same.
 
Way to go Sylvia, how will that troon afford their trip to the butcher shop now?
Does she have a single thing to show for her suffering through the last 4 weeks? A handful of extra onlyfans simps? A reputation that any respectable employer will steer clear of?

This is a pretty good argument. With the departure of Sylvia comes the death of any organic confrontation taking place. That's not to say crew won't force confrontations later on, they just won't feel as genuine. Sylvia was one of the last two on the tank who would actually do something of substance when confronted. The other of course being Letty. Basically, if Vance fucks with Letty and Letty confronts him we're not going to get a massive fight. Same with Josie. And if Letty fucks with either of them the same logic can be applied.

This wouldn't be a problem if crew was good at making drama or if crew had another outlet to make up for the lack of confrontations, but they don't. I would argue that the fish (not freeloaders) who had potential to create conflict and fight/do something funny were Simmons, Sylvia, and Jon, and (very rarely) Damiel. All that remains now is Letty. I'm not saying them eliminating Sylvia was a bad idea, they just don't have the fish or the creativity to make up for this decision.

I could be wrong though, we have to wait and see.

everyone always says this and maybe i am projecting but i find vance legitimately entertaining. his style of humor/charisma is subtle/slow-burn and admittedly low-energy but i think he has some hilarious moments. i think he shines during the challenges, which highlight his creativity and good-faith ability to "buy in." but i should also be candid that i don't enjoy lolrandomXD or loud=funny so i was always more entertained by vance and letty than josie or jon.

sylvia was somehow the worst of both worlds. she was as annoying and abrasive as jon, chris, or damiel, but as low of energy and participation as mauro. she had a nasty attitude, was arguably even more dishonest than letty while hypocritically maintaining a self-righteous air, and yet (unlike letty) never really participated or bought-in to anything. not to mention that she wanted to spend the prize money on tranny shit. she was consistently my least favorite from the start.

EDIT: i will miss the schadenfreude that came from watching sylvia suffer though.

For context this took about 24 hours to go from the first pic to the second one. What the hell are we gonna get on the rest of the days at this rate? She has been told to not do nudity anymore however, so keep that in mind.
