The Josiecel at the expo posted about it on /bant/ but I'd have to go to the archives for it. Been busy.

Bad Ideas is someone I've marked as a "Notable weirdo" before due to his odd superchats. He sent weird superchats about going to Game On Expo and proposing to her but I've been too busy to go back through her streams to do the usual posting and highlight them. Asking her out isn't so bad on its own but I'm sure he made it as awkward as possible before, during, and after based on his insane ramblings after the fact of which I've only seen a snippet.
Luke was confirmed at Game On Expo and supposedly doxed for his troubles. Normally, when someone is known to be at an event with Josie, people hone in to get any glimpse of her they can so I imagine people were watching his socials to see if he shared anything. Luke needs to fill us in! Remember that us freaks at Kiwifarms didn't dox you.
A friend did check the threads for me and told me later that Josie's scars go from forearm to shoulder, visible due to a cosplay. He didn't bother to send the pic and said he couldn't find it again but if I can I'll share later.

I'm not aware of anything else notable happening. 3 4 days of quiet. No indication of how she did or if she did anything else at the expo. Admittedly, I'm disappointed she didn't do an IG live playing games or walking around the place. She did say she'd be stuck at her booth the entire time and foolishly invited people to hang out with here there to pass the time. I'm sure she regretted that quick...


The lack of stream yesterday was personally unexpected. As far as I know, all of her big personal obligations are finally settled and she's not doing much except Youtube from here on out. We'll see how she handles it with no excuses to break the schedule. My guess: She'll break it and throw people a bone with a member's post like she does and not care otherwise. I don't think her fans are worth respect but if she isn't reliable she's going to increasingly be stuck with the most diehard crazies as more normal viewers drop off. I won't complain because it's funny but it's a bad move if she intends to carry on.

I think the stream content was mediocre but she performed very well financially. It was more chat reads than it was messing around with a microwave. Views were ~450 throughout as far as I can tell.
The downward trend will likely continue overall but for now it is bucked.

She said Game On Expo went way better than anticipated and she sold out of "many a thing." She expected two josiecels. Luke is known. Bad Ideas maybe told her he'd be there. Quite a few other fans stopped by her booth, apparently. The way she talks, I'm shocked how little there is out there from the expo.

Just some mishmash from Damiel's visit to Rhode Island. It's coming to pass that because Vance, Letty, and Josie didn't have much of a social media presence before the show that they're starting to fall back into having basically none in comparison to Damiel who... overshares. Letty also mentioned trying hard to use her platform to find people who would watch her who didn't find her through Fishtank, which is maybe the other side of this weird struggle. Like I get it, Fishtank was months ago and you run out of things to say about it, but using the time between Live and the doc to distance yourself from Fishtank is... I dunno, it's like like being Indiana Jones and picking up the artifact and the boulder starts rolling towards you and you stop and say "you know what, I'm not really about this..."
Like I don't blame them but I would spent less of the time trying to freeze out FT fans and more just modeling what you want people to see when they follow your social media after the doc.

Betty is exactly the type of person everyone accused Letty of being during Fishtank. Attention hungry, gossiper, vindictive, manipulative and most importantly extremely mentally ill. I don't think Vance ever vocalized this himself but I remember sneedchat saying they thought he was refusing to mess with Josie because he didn't want to upset her fans and cut his own potential audience in the post-show. Personally I don't think that was an actual concern of his now, rather, he thought the audience would reward him for being "honorable" (his word) and that the audience wouldn't "respect" (his word) him for screwing with Josie because she hadn't screwed with him.

So if it was ever about honor or paying dues to Josie or appeasing her audience, he should have known she has no executive control over her life and he could have taken Queso on day one and slowly pressed it down the kitchen drain like a jungle python, and she would've whatever-approximates-forgiveness-in-a-mind-that-doesn't-think and been ready to stream with him by the time he finished winning the show.

Kinda lame, it takes zero gonads. Josie has said multiple times she wants to stream with him, he just needed to reach out.

With Letty, a lot. Off the dome: he littered in her room when she wasn't around, gaslit her about the weed thing, gaslit her about Mauro leaving the second time, sicced Jon on her, repeatedly went after her during Menace completely exclusively even though he had Chris and Josie to go after until he was told he had to refocus, he agreed with Jon to break Letty's crutches even though that never actually came to fruition, when Lance came back he gave him explicit instructions to go after Letty and the only reason he didn't say go after Sylvia was he said she was sort of irrelevant and then even told him off when he wasn't going after Letty hard enough, lied to her over and over about not going after her anymore and allying up, the whole "it's karma" bit when Frank kept dumping toilet water on her...

I think you could maybe explain it that he was only okay with going after people he was really trying to eliminate- he saw Simmons and Sylvia as inevitabilities and left them alone but he was starting to dig into Jon before Jon left, but only in a pre-day-20 way by lying to him all the time and not by really fucking with him.

With Josie, I think @Aidan said Vance was the one who put the trans flag on her bed, and maybe took the lightbulb out of her room.... otherwise, that's it, though, and that was only after Jet told them that they needed to come up with plans to mess with each other and then enact the plans. After that he messed with Josie when absolutely forced to and literally mimed that it was hurting his heart to do so, and then immediately stopped as soon as it didn't seem like it would take.

I like Josie but not messing with her because she won't mess with you back is opposite logic for Fishtank. The thing is, she would have eventually retaliated but as the show ran there was no motivation for her to strike back. You were not rewarded for doing more than coasting and that is on Jet.

She's going to be very careful not to slip on her pure image since her fans see her as this cute little squaw angel. Never mind the obvious drinking problem, white lies and subtle jabs at her retarded fans. That's ok, drunk people slip up, it's what they do. When the image is broken, and it will be, I'm not sure how well she can handle an exodus.

I don't blame some things on Jet but I think he failed to foresee some obvious problems and hopefully he will learn for season 2.
They can't make rules like "no whispering" and "no talking in the bathroom" and then not come down hard on people who break the rules. I think Jet was too afraid that people would get themselves eliminated in an un-narrative way but it's the threats that count more than the eliminations.
The other thing is I think the show from his perspective was very lopsided. He was content to milk people like Letty and Jon dry because they were guaranteed to have an interesting reaction to being fucked with, and probably assumed "people don't want to see Josie fucked with because I don't want to see that." Just force a computer to make it balanced if he can't do it himself then - make it progressively cheaper to shark attack a fish that hasn't been shark attacked in a while, and award loot crate bonuses to fish whose names are coming up in FTLC a lot (are interesting). If it's a waste of time to shark attack a guy like Vance because he just ignores it, fine! At least he was tested.

I didn't have any problem with Jet as a character but he makes a shitty referee.

Update: Stream performance is not very good and she recognizes this. ~250 viewers throughout and she is more focused on minigames than the game itself, probably because she isn't invested in the story. I can't blame her.
Chat reads at $10 and slower than usual but may not be indicative of the stream itself. The previous two times, the $10 threshold didn't seem to matter.

She initially joked about doing a game she actually likes on IG Live, probably to gauge reactions, and decided to actually do it. She's all but said she's having a bad time with the game tonight.

I posted this over at the "prospering grounds" subforum, in Airsoftfatty's thread, but I figured this thread gets more traffic, and so I might as well post my autistic ponderings over here as well:

So, since I can't find any information about Chris' body, I have to ask fellow autists.

Ever since I first took note of Airsoftfatty some years ago, I was mesmerized by the shape of his body, yet it seems that no one else is quite as interested in the very shape of Chris' body, other than that he's fat.

Seriously, I need some answers. I'm not too familiar with what happens with a body as you enter the territory of morbidly obese, but other than some of the more extreme cases of people being bound to their beds due to actually not having the strength to walk, I haven't seen anyone with a body shape like that of Airsoftfatty. It's like he has an extreme S-curve of a body, with his entire hip-area protruding forwards, his upper back protruding backwards, his upper neck and head protruding forwards, and all of this being gloriously tied together with some of the most bewildering folds of fat I've seen. To top it all of, the crown jewel that is his face is even more flabbergasting. It's like the poor man walked into a wall as a child at an outrageous speed, permanently flattening his face, and when a seemingly large portion of his body fat deemed it sufficient to be stored in that very same area, it just leaves a very unusual and perplexing visage. And don't get me started on the way Chris sits. It's like his whole body, his whole existence, is slumping over, with his folds of fat folding in on themselves.

Can someone explain more in depth just how Chris got to have the body he has? Is a curved spine at play here?
