The winner, according to polls, was Cole and when Jet heard this he said something along the lines of "no fucking way, fuck that, this isn't going to be like josie from season 1." then said TJ won and gave him his chips.

People gave them shit for making Josie the winner but she had by far the thickest skin of any of the season one cast. They tried to have a quirky girl to get simpbucks with Summer but she didn’t have anywhere near the mindset to win it. Josie was the perfect combination for the show.
 
Ben is so fucking funny. There has never been a Ben bit that didn't make me cackle. Him being "evil" this season was a great choice. More Ben! More Ben!

Nice revisionist history holy fucking shit. Thickest skin? what? what the fuck did josie have to endure, she was literally given dozens of plushies. The hardest thing she ever had to do was the final competition. Letty on the other hand had the entire house against her, people screaming at her, freeloaders fucking with her, JON TRYING TO RIP HER PASSPORT UP AND DAMIEL THROWING HER STUFF INTO LITERAL SHIT.
but yeah man josie had it soooooooo rough having the crew coddle her and give her plushies and sitting in her room most of the day having TTS play parasocial boyfriend with her.

Bro what? The thickest skin in season 1 was Letty and it's not even close. Like Josie was a clear second and did go through the shit without a compliant but Letty had to deal with SO SO much more torment. Airsoft fatty spitting in her face, the entire house shunning her, the staff being pait to scream in her face. She was tormented for the entire last 1/3 of the show and smiled and giggled through it.
 
Ben yelled at Jimmy, Brian, TJ and Shinji for failing to build a shelf, he then tore Jimmy a new asshole for breaking a piece of furniture in a tard fit after failing to build the shelf.

Josie was one of two cast members that were directly coddled in the basement during season 1.

To clarify for future readers, the least endorsed contestant is actually Brian, Trish is second to last and CK is a freeloader and cannot be endorsed at the moment.

Josie was coddled to the point where there was a night where Frank was chasing her around the house trying to get her socks and he literally apologizes to her at one point and says he feels like he's going to get in trouble for fucking with her I'm not joking timestamped here. Dude shakes her hand when he's leaving the room. Special treatment doesn't even begin to describe it. This same dude pissed on Vances bed without a second thought.
 
Josie was having fun. That's why Josie is the strongest.
Letty and Jon were coddled. Always in the basement crying about something. Cope, Seethe, Dilate. Fill 10 more pages about season 1 shit again.

Eventually she does apologize:

When Jet revealed it wasn't him she got pretty silent. Two TTSs demanding an apology went off when she's in the room, no apology. She left for confessional and another TTS went off demanding the other fish apologize. A few responded but basically said no. Tay comes back and a fourth TTS comes and demands an apology. She gives a half assed apology, becomes more talkative again. A few minutes later when apologizing for a bad dare she gave Brian she realizes she was being a bit of an asshole and gives a more sincere apology, shakes cole's hand.

After the truth or dare Brian reveals that he told Tay that she shouldn't apologize. Dick move considering that during the group therapy he was telling Cole not to confess to it.
 
If Shinji leaves I'm done. He's the only person I am 100% rooting for. I like Jimmy and I like Cole but I think Shinji should win it.
 
Brian, CK, Trish, a mostly quiet TJ, and a completely silent Shinji were hovering around the upstairs hallway doing some whispertank shit. Brian was simping and assuring Trish that she will get more endorsements because she does the challenges. She is very upset about what Ben just told her and CK about needing more fans. Brian says that it is tough to know what to do in the show when your strategy isn't popular with fans. They seethe about how Cole is always getting Lootcrates, peptalks, and snacks while they get so few and TTS is always shitting on them.

CK finds out Trish accidentally cracked the bathroom door open earlier while she was using it. CK says she is fine that it was a woman, and this leads to a SUPER WHISPERTANK convo about how Jimmy is weird and has said weird sexual shit to CK and Trish. They suspect he may have actually stolen Tay's underwear. Given Jimmy's extreme trigger is people talking about him, I want this to come up again.

Brian continues to whine about CK being on the show and calling her retarded then they kiss goodnight. Shinji goes downstairs to the bar, talking to the audience. Inspirstional talk sprinkled with wanting to stay in America, I think.

During Girl Talk with Chris Lynch, Trish does bring up to them how apparently (people have mentioned this before, with no clip) Jimmy telling Trish that he will eventually have to masturbate or his prostate or something begins to hurt. Not sure what to feel about Jimmy but he most definitely has not fucked as many women as he claims with the way he acts around the women in the tank
 
It's Shinji hour at the bar. He has told us that:
-He went to the US because the tech there is 10 years more advanced than in Japan and he wanted to follow his dreams (Living in a virtual reality)
-His cousin stole his credit card to purchase V-bucks in Fortnite
-Said he went to the UK for 2 weeks to learn Engrish but cancelled the trip because of money issues
-He doesn't interact with people outside of Fishtank in the same way, isn't as social and the gym is his best friend
-Thankful for the audience cherishing him
-Tried to get into the Tokyo Institute of Technology in an attempt to make his dream come true but was told that the US was more advanced like aforementioned
-When he told his friend about this he responded along the lines of "What the fuck are you talking about?"
-Worked 6 days a week in high school so that he could purchase a gaming pc and vr headset, before this he only had a Wii and Wii-U because he didn't have tech savvy parents, spent 70k Yen (Around 500 bucks) on this
-He wants to escape this world by connecting his brain to the computer so he can be in a fantasy world like those Iseakai animes so that he can escape from this world and past traumas. He wants to achieve this dream or death!
-Prostitution cured his trauma from the past, gave him 'self esteem? Self aggregation?' Doesn't regret it. (He mentioned earlier about participating in a threesome in a yakuza sex dungeon :story:)
-Before dreaming about virtual porn worlds he wanted to work at Nintendo as a game creator because he used to spend his time gaming with friends on the Wii
-He obtained it after his moms friend purchased one while drunk and gave it to them
-Japanese people treat him like a foreigner after becoming an international student
-He can't hang out with his friends anymore so what can he do? Escape from this world and reality
-Always cares about peoples opinions of him

-Has had bad rumours about him in school circulated by other students such as him cheating on tests, so he wouldn't get trust from teachers
-He was bottom on the hierarchy of students (Smart girls were on the top)
-Was stuck playing Kendo and couldn't quit because that was frowned up because of Japan being a collectivist society
-Liked that in High School no one cared about him because it liberated him
-He would hang out with friends that weren't good for him and bullied him

I usually just lurk but I was curious does anyone have a screenshot of the season 1 fish toy prices and the prices at the begin of season 2? I tried a few archive sites but no luck. I know they've tweaked a few things since the start of season 2, removed the trash dumping one, Cigarette one used to mention the contestant had to smoke it, and I think a few more were removed. I never watched season 1 live but someone mentioned to me the prices were a lot cheaper.
