it's a legal substance that activates opioid or stimulant receptors depending on which strain, but people usually use it for the opioid effects. It's available in most smoke shops I've been to in America, not sure if it varies by state. It's used in a tea that looks like matcha but tastes like actual mud
 
Earlier Jet came up to the bedroom with TJ and Taylor and gave them advice on how to play each other individually while they were all in the same room. He was instructing TJ to behave like a toxic boyfriend, starting arguments for no reason and influencing to change her hairstyle. He told Taylor to act like a trad gf for a couple of days and then start ignoring him to fuck with his head. Then judge came in and announced that he doesn't like Taylor and doesn't want to give her a pep talk because all she will do is smile and giggle, and he wants his pep talks to actually work for people.

Now TJ is moping around 3 all alone, whining that he should never have trusted Brian.
 
Delaney is a Jerk Druggo Dyke who stands by the side of a Alt-Right Abusive dude called Mat.

They are both in a band called Elvis Depressedly, the band crumbled down after Mat got exposed by a lot of people he knew closely, got exposed for being a edgelord internet fascist, constantly acting like a dick towards everyone from his band and show techs, abused his wife, threw bottles at a band member from another band and beat up a staff member at a venue. All the band members ( including delaney) have a big history of harassing fans and staff and acting like "rockstars" A.K.A. being helplessly addicted to alcohol and coke, while being broke as fuck because they were a small-medium size venue band. The band had a fallout, and the only person who stood by Mat's side was Delaney, no one likes this bitch and this prick, both still known as huge asses who no one wants to work with.

Pens would totally be fine unless it's a more specialized unit - it also appears to be written into Rhode Island's legal system (40.1-5-5)
that a hospital needs to provide psych patients with stationery/writing materials.

It could be possible they provide an ipad for use during the day for the purpose of videocalls with family members (especially post-COVID), however, those are typically locked down. But allowing a patient to have access to their phone at all times is typically a big fucking issue, but again it might be more Rhode Island weirdness.

Alternatively, it's been long enough now that she could easily have been released. However, Rhode Island is again weirdly different because they seem to be able to hold people for 10 days as opposed to the usual 3 or 5 (although in practicality most places basically get a week).

EDIT: I'm retarded. It looks like they do the normal 3 days for the hold and they can possibly issue an emergency certification w/o going in front of a judge for 10 days after admission (tbh doubt Summer meets threshold and chances are the court would be extremely sympathetic to her if she got a lawyer involved). Alternatively, she agreed to voluntary admission.

I want to comment on the Summer stuff and kind of layout how she's struggling to maintain herself in reality. She still hasn't snapped out of her state of psychosis it seems. Might be weeks, might be months. We'll just have to wait and see. I do not have the bandwidth to go into greater detail.

Just a tangent if you get prescribed ADHD meds and don't have actual ADHD, please do people like me a solid and kill yourself.
