As far as I could tell. I had B2 open and was listening to them to see if they were scheming and they were more focused on fucking with dumbgay. Then they were discussing how they think it's weird how paranoid Tayleigh is being and how she was seemingly angry at TJ for no reason, she was calling TJ a liar with no explanation. Britney had written on dumbgay's clothes and hidden some. I think the constant going into B3 from Brit and Trish earlier to fuck with dumbgay's stuff made her increasingly paranoid. As well as the whole Jimmy situation. As far as I can tell, Britney had no plans to go after Tay, neither did Trish. At least not yet.

Then Tayleigh came in like the clip shows.

I'm not talking about the lack of challenges or about most of the fish being passive. Whenever anyone leaves, unless it was a fish everyone hated and was happy to see gone (like freeloader Nifty) there should be a day where the fish can relax and decompress. This is even more important when something really awful happens, like when Sam made a big show of booting Simmons and now we have Jimmy being forced out after nearly beating a woman over the head with a mallet. It might be a "Hell House" but the reality is these are still people and people need time to process stressful events or else they will crack and you won't have a show at all. You can't keep contestants in a constant state of stress, it just doesn't work. Other reality TV shows figured this out a long time ago.

Here's a few quotes from Jimmy's call-in on Brian's stream which I haven't seen on the thread yet. It's clear that if you asked Jimmy about it, he wouldn't even mention whether he did it "deliberately" or whether he "had some level of self-control," because he is so far gone that he literally doesn't accept that it happened the way it did in the first place. He'd either be insulted by the accusation that he wasn't in control of himself then, or acquiesce and say "fine, but Brittany is still a lying cunt and it wasn't that bad." It's deny deny deny all the way down, contradicting himself as he goes. There is no appreciable level of introspection to be had whatsoever.

Right after he attacked her he said he "didn't do anything to her" and was just defending himself from a two-faced assailant who was going to hit him with a hammer, but during the call with Brian he also said he's "obviously sorry" for "getting physical" only after Brian said it would be a good idea to apologize. At some point he says there may have been "tunnel vision," but doesn't reconsider any of what he did or care at all. It's all just perfunctory words to him, rambling is his forte after all.

I'm assuming he's been a rageful freak his whole life and is used to retelling his dangerous tard rages down to nothing. It puts every sob story he's ever told into perspective. Everything but him being abused at some boarding school, which was corroborated by his sister, must be questioned. How many women in his life did Jimmy terrorize over fabricated slights? He assaulted Taylor after the triathlon, saying "I'll grab you by your fucking hair and throw you down the fucking hallway" because he thinks she wasn't pulling her weight when he was the one who gave up early, then lunged at her and yelled "fight me" in her face after she lobbed a piece of bread at him. All he needs is a made-up reason, and he doesn't even care if it's a good one.

The excuses he gave Brian for attacking Brit were so delusional, so demonstrably false, it does make you wonder whether the falsehoods spilling out of his mouth are a symptom of his schizoid brain refactoring his memory of what he's done to sound nicer or just shameless malicious lies like the ones someone whose mind is parked in fifth grade would tell. But the amount of bullshit he told Brian makes it clear that it's the latter. He's sane enough to know that he's lying through his teeth.

Those who have been keeping up remember that he had snide remarks to say during their chess date like "I know what you're doing and it's not gonna work on me." To any normal person, that sounds like an invitation to fuck with him further. But Jimmy isn't normal, and Brit didn't even know she could keep her stuff in the basement, so it's production's fault once again. At this point he starts yap yap yapping some more about the show, and people have said that the rest of the call is not as interesting. You get the idea.

When I listened to Jimmy's sister, she said that he's difficult to deal with but not violent, and she was surprised to learn about him throwing a chair at Meg. To be blunt I don't think the sister is lying here; we have to remember that the Fish Tank is not real life. In the Tank Jimmy is being messed with constantly and having his delusions fed with Jet purposely gaslighting him, on top of TTS making fun of him and goading him into sperging out. On top of this, he's not getting sleep and the environment is always changing. Outside of when he was abused in that correctional school, he has probably never been in a worse environment for his mental health than Fish Tank.

All this to say that while as bad as the situation is with what he did to Abby, it might be true that Jimmy hasn't messed with anyone else like that outside of the tank because by his own admission he is off putting and the things he says scare people away, which is why he has very few friends. I'm sure outside of the Fish Tank most people realize within a minute of meeting him that there's something wrong with him and steer clear, and those few that happen to stick around longer quickly learn that they have to handle him with kids gloves and not upset him like Tay does. Jimmy seems in control and fine when he isn't being actively fucked with or stressed out, so I can believe that he hasn't actually fucked anyone up simply because most people know not to mess with mentally disturbed individuals, especially ones who give off red flags within 30 seconds of meeting them.

That said, I can also equally believe that he has hurt women in the past, especially with the way he keeps stressing that he would never hurt one. It's like, why do you keep needing to let people know you won't hurt them?

What a terrible night for Tor to fuck up and not let me post in the thread. The thing that struck me most, surprisingly, was the moment when Tay, after her emotional goodbye with Jimmy, went to her bunk to process, and Duanye followed her in there. He sperged for an hour about Trish being too white (among other nonsense), talking over her and interrupting every time she opened her mouth. It was tragic and funny at the same time. Watching Tay cry while Duanye told TTS to eat his ass and twerked on camera was the simultaneously the most sad, hilarious, and rage-inducing thing I have seen yet on Season 2.

I hope Tay wins (although I would be ok with a Shinji, or maybe TJ victory). Trish should be second place, because she's the closest thing the show has now to a villian. (I can see Shinji as, at most, a goofy minor antagonist, and TJ is way too passive and nice).
