Why is the new Zealand guy carrying Tai on his back?
The challenge started out as a 'Simon Says' where they all have to do what Tai tells them to, then Sam spiced it up by making him have to be carried by the others all the time. They're going from largest person to smallest person carrying him, first Kanye and now Oliver.

"Within driving distance of RI"
That they're not willing to fly people out is interesting. This reminds me of the "we're gonna fill the house with fat guys" at the end of season 1 which only netted them Chris Chin. He was good though.
Fun fact: Jet on stream said his favorite part of the show as far as writing and "feel of the show" was the camping challenge. Once again showing Jet fundamentally does not understand what made his own show good.
This is a big problem, Jet has influence over a project where his vision is completely detached from that of the audience. Looking forward to that hard hitting artistic narrative in the season 2 edit. A few more forced bits and he'll have all of the footage he needs.

Jet: "Trish, 20,000 people are watching you sing."

Did he add a zero by mistake?

Jet and Sam usually say higher than real numbers just to make the Fish excited/nervous about how many people are watching and how popular the show is. It happened a lot more during S1.

Easily the worst scripting, being a tryhard in general and massive victim complex
I don't think any of that is particularly that bad for the show the point is that they are weird. Having someone that desperate to make shit up to make himself look good and win especially if terribly is kinda funny. They could have used it to fuck with him a lot.

"Production said that we need to do more stuff" "You dont understand how hard this is!" "Can you believe they brought in my ex to the show, thats fucking crazy!" on loop forever and ever.
He wasn't the only one doing the production shit though.

Challenge is to make Tai laugh.
TJ told the anal beads story again.
Duanye told a story that made no sense. Something about fucking in a McDonalds drivethrough and Shrek.
Oliver told a story about airplane armrests. It was boring and I missed most of it because I was typing this as he talked.
Shinji told the "Bill Gates's dick is Microsoft" joke
Tay told a story about how when she was a little kid on the school bus, she fake flipped off a black guy who "looked like 50 Cent" and he flipped her off for real.
Brittany told a story about a group of people who got high together and one of them started jacking off in front of everyone. She clarified that she was not involved in this story and just "heard it somewhere".
They forgot to give Trish a turn in the challenge.

While this happens, they are all laying next to each other on the floor to make a "human bed" for Tai, because they aren't allowed to let him touch the ground.

i just hate that he'd always start screeching about how he needed the money to crybully everyone else. lame as shit. he was also actually good at rallying the retards, which, while clever as far as metagaming goes, instituted the conflict-free content drought

Tyson (Lance) may be inbound.

I still dont understand the Brian hate it seemed a bit undeserved.
Brian constantly had an air of "I'm to good for this show" while also being the most obviously desperate to stay and win. He's a 27 year old who peaked in highschool and burned out on drugs ever since, blaming everybody else for his problems. The way he talks about e-celebs in cringey for a teenager and just plain pathetic for someone who's almost 30. His reaction to a black rapist entering the house was to o-face hard and try and brag to him that he banged Trish.

Brian is a pathetic loser and deserves more hate.

Edit:
To clarify, the "I'm to good for this show" attitude I'm talking about was that he constantly tried to be in on the joke, the fish are supposed to be the joke.

I understand that.

The difference is that the number of actual viewers listed on the one room every fish was in has dropped to a level where it's hard to view it as a "bit" rather than embarrassing cope.

He was a whiny woe-is-me fag and production forced him into a lot of lame bits (particularly the Trish/CK shit). They also set him up a a foil to Cole, the most popular fish at the time he left.
Basically he was set up to fail by the retarded writers room and he did himself no favors when it came to gaining audience goodwill.

Him saying he ripped them out like a lawnmower confirms he's just copying that 4chan greentext.
I didn't know this was already an established joke but now that I know, I feel like an idiot for believing it was a real situation he was in. He is retarded enough to do this, but it's unlikely that he would end up in a situation where he had the opportunity.

Just checked and the total above the chat says 8.6k, but adding up all the people on each cam gives under 3k. I assume the 3k is closer to the real number, since if you're watching and not just tabbed out you're going to be watching a cam and not the main screen. It's 7:30 PM EST right now, which I guess isn't perfectly primetime since the west coast is still at work, but I would expect to get more than 1/10th of what a random Fortnite streamer on Twitch gets.
