i feel like tay is the type of person to let things like this simmer away deep down for awhile before she blows up.
i believe we have yet to see the full effects of The Great Yarn Massacre.
Brittany is the one who's quite confused and agitated that she didn't get the reaction that she wanted out of Tay. Not getting attention is killing her on the inside.
Brit does not have Letty's cunning or Summer's energy. She's a stooge (which is fine as a freeloader), there's no high level game. She's just there to fuck shit up and pretend she didn't.
Literal lol how she had to work herself up to it but once she got there, she went off the rails. From "oh man this is stressful, meanest thing I have ever done... this is hard to do!" to "stupid fucking ugly bitch wouldn't even make eye contact with me even when I was always nice and complimented you, and you said I didn't intimidate you..".
This was overdue for both Tay and Britney. Extremely rare Jet W for keeping her on after the milk triathalon vomitorium challenge.
(As always, Please play this song while reading the stats for full effect or not if you don't like mario party)

Brian 1/4/24 - KO - Cause: Sacrificed to keep Jimmy on the show. If he's Brian, he's Crian!
Nifty: KO 1/4/24 - Cause: Chemical attack by Jimmy, eventually passed away from their skin absorbing too much poisonous cologne. Long live the content queen.
Delaney: ??? 1/4/24 - Cause: So obscure she faded from reality. She's probably still there, we just haven't noticed her yet.
Meg - KO - 12/25/23 Cause: Told to take a seat by Jimmy, obliged by taking a permanent break from the game. Received a prophetic vision of Jimmy related destruction to come.
Cams are down, but they have a movable cam up and running. TJ took the camera to the "goon cave" to show what it looked like and now Brittany is giving a tour of the house with the other fish following her. It's really entertaining. They should bring this back even when the cams are back up.
Also Tay soy facing Sam as he's destroying the house is doing what Cole was trying to say the right way. Production is running bits so far into the ground that they need an excavator to get them out. Subtly mogging it is the right way to go in calling it out.

Fuck, I didn't even realize. I missed what Jet said when he was giving them the mobile cam. Cams were down for a while though before, not sure why. Regardless, I'm glad they're letting them carry a camera around. I like seeing their perspective of the house.
jet has stated explicitly that you cant plan for fishtank. he got this idea because all his shitty plans for season 1 fell through immediately and thought “well if these plans were bad then that means its impossible to plan for and i have to come up with everything on the fly”.
he saying that because he went in with nothing more than an idea and the assumption it would just work.
If i were in charge of the behind the scenes the first thing i would do is pull 3-4 early seasons of: Survivor and Big Brother, 1-2 seasons from later in the series, and several seasons of MTV's The Challenge, Real World, maybe even a Jersey Shore or two, and the Amazing Race and have crew watch them over a period of a month and just take notes. What works? What doesn't? What holds up and what doesn't?
Early survivor seasons had the benefit of contestants not having the experience and in-depth understanding of a metagame so there was a lot more practical decisions rather than the game that is played now where you're thinking about day 39 on day 1. Early seasons also did not guarantee food so you had teams that would literally have to starve for a few days and that would honestly be a bigger hell scenario than a speaker calling you a jerk.
Big Brother would be for structural aspects: How are the cameras set up, what methods do they use for doing eliminations, what are the interactions like between people.
The Challenge and Real World provide a more modern take with typically younger casts that are more willing to butt heads than the others that are on the bigger broadcast channels.
Lastly after all of this we would just spend time watching shit like Silent Library and some other Japanese game shows that focus on small challenges that are cost effective. There are so many things you could rip from Silent Library and adapt for the fish tank style.
If you do just this basic leg work you've already got an understanding of how to film your contestants, how to interact with them, how they will interact with you and each other, and a layout for the house.
It's obvious from the little I've watched that Sam, Jet, and crew have done next to none of this. 30 some years of media that is out there, easy to obtain, and has completed all the leg work for you and he chooses to make it hard and to try and convince dummies in the audience that it couldn't possibly be better so he can be a lazy bum in the basement.
Shinji was recording Tai with the portable cam and he started roasting the fuck out of Jet and Duanye, said Jet looks like a giant baby and Duanye is what happens when apes become gay
I'm genuinely interested to see where the Shinji villain arc goes. It'll be funny if Sam gaslighting ends up awakening Shinji's ancestor's wrath and his ancestor guides him to concoct an evil plan to win. It's also nice to see Trish doing something interesting other than thirsting for white cocks. Hopefully, they can fill Jimmy's shoes in terms of content.

I hope he pulls it off. "Japanese pornstar who wants to create the sex matrix" would be a really kino final antagonist for whoever wins the tank, and if he wins, overcoming his politeness would be a good final arc. That Japanese politeness stuff is ingrained really deep though, so who knows. If Tay doesn't win, Shinji is my second choice for who I want to win. Hopefully, whatever sabotage he attempts (if he attempts anything) actually has an impact and helps him out in the next challenge.
