There's also the fact that there would be nothing stopping them from selling the house and moving one town over. And what the fuck could the town even do against them? The entire thing's on camera, you're gonna know pretty quick if laws are getting broken.
There really needs to be an established hierarchy here. In the early stages of the show, it seemed like Sam and Jet were the 'hosts' of the show that are openly permitted to mess with the Fish, while Ben, Vance, et al are the Lawful Neutral officials that are there to do Sam/Jet's bidding, hold the cameras, and ensure the Fish are okay. If they are going to openly mess with the Fish, then they should at least wear the Shark outfits from season 1 to easily delineate between the antagonist role and the production role. Thus far the only time I've seen the Sharks make an appearance was when Sam came out to give them a warning about invoking 'production told me to' every ten seconds. I still think Ben booting Duan'ye out of the cell claiming it was a production call was a bridge too far. I know he was a freeloader, but I was always under the impression freeloaders can win prizes other than the grand prize. They've leaned way way too hard into the gaslighting angle this season, and it's made worse by the fact that most of the fish appear to be at least nascently aware of MDE and the fact that their humor relies heavily upon misdirection and lies. Jimmy did what he did and I'm not going to make excuses for him, but Sam and the wiggers bear at least part of the blame for what happened when they established that the only rule is that there are no rules, and they will openly go back on their word if you're funny enough.
Yeah, it's just sad imo. I really don't think it's his heart or his intent to do that kind of thing. He just has no idea what's going on around him when he's mad. It's a terrible type of person to have in the tank but to me, if I were Jet or Sam, I would look at him and get him out of the show quietly rather than have Fishtank be the reason why people google him and get a video of him hitting a girl with a mallet.
That's on production for fucking up theirs/the contestants sleeping schedules, they go to sleep in the early morning and the best content occurs late at night, this may be TMI but it probably lowers viewership since people in other places (Europe) won't be able to watch it unless they're pulling an all nighter
To play Devil's Advocate, Letty was spitting on people's stuff, putting it in the toilet, she put Frank's shit in the closet, etc. I pulled for Letty and like her a lot, but she helped initiate the body-fluid play and had Fatty wrapped around her finger as her minion for a good long while, so imo it was karmic that he'd flip out and spit on her.

There doesn't necessarily have to be anything outright illegal going on inside the home. The primary way of winning in a situation like this is to annoy the fuck out of the property owner. Civil actions, small government bullshit, etc all take time and money to address. This is somewhat of a frequent issue with people buying properties to rent out on AirBnB. Someone gets a bit loud and the neighborhood decides that they're done. However, it still takes some time, the fastest I've seen still took around a month of fighting and that was a much much smaller town and one of the next door neighbors was a local judge. Owner of the property probably got a total of 3 months of bookings before things went bust. Likely a complete wash in terms of profitability.
I'm really into these sub division changes, this is lit, definitely the superior show.
