This is just unfortunate to watch. They did a pretty good job of establishing a precedent with the early Jimmy shenanigans that sexual fuckery wasn't going to be tolerated. That's right, fucking Jimmy is better than keeping his hands to himself than Frank, even if he had to be explicitly warned. I'm gonna laugh if Sam beat the Marky and Summer allegations scot-free but the association with this event is what does him in. If it was fish-on-fish action he might have some cover but Frank is a member of production.

We have seen women get physically threatened or assaulted (chair throw, headbutting, and mallet toss) with production refusing to properly remedy the situation in the name of "content," allowing the violence to escalate. Then they allowed a self proclaimed rapist to stay in a room with a sexual abuse victim. Now, we have blatant animal abuse and sexual assault by a member of production. No matter how people feel about it, legally speaking a drunk person can not consent. On top of that, people have less leeway for people in legitimate positions of power like Frank in this situation. He and fellow staff determine punishments and prizes.

This is liability central. If Sam has any legal counsel at all, they need to batter down the door to the basement now. Whoever is making the decision to let this continue needs to be gone.

Damn, this whole night sucks ass. Genuinely not happy with how things have shaped up between the animals, Frank, Tay getting drunk and Frank taking advantage (I don't really know how else to phrase that)

This close to the finals and it feels like production just does not give a single fuck about the show.

I think it would be wise to recap what happened.

* Fish are all told to take 2 shots immediately
* Sam told them to play "Truth or Dare" and "The winner will get something very helpful for tomorrow's elimination"
* Frank is selected to devise "Dares" and Greg is to ask "Truth" questions, if you select truth you have to take a shot.
* They drink a bit and Greg was drunk to begin with and the designated "Truth" guy is now lost, Tay keeps getting picked over and over by Frank who assumes the role of "Truth" guy and has to take shots, TJ and Shinji do not drink at all since Frank is just choosing Tay over and over
* They get moved from the Lounge to Bedroom 3 so Jet and Bex can paint it, Frank sits next to Tay
* Frank starts making moves on her and she keeps getting called over and over for truth or dare and keeps getting handed shots
* She is about 10+ shots deep and Frank starts beginning to make moves where he is asking her to kiss him and then pulling her in by her entire head in for a kiss
* Production (Cowboy) comes up and yanks Tay out of the scenario by taking her to the basement.
* Frank follows down shortly and then they both return to B3
* Tay sits again for a little bit and starts melting into the couch before running off to the bathroom and vomiting multiple times
* They then get moved to the lounge where Tay again begins vomiting at the basement toilet, flops onto the mattress and vomits into a pot that was handed to her

This is about as close to or fully sexual assault/harassment you can get since Tay was basically incoherent and unable to comprehend half the stuff being asked of her. Real dubious consent stuff. If Tay got legal counsel she would have a real strong case against Sam, Jet and Frank. Its fortunate that the house is fully recorded because Frank was way too comfortable domineering a woman in such a state for sexual favors. I would have to say 10 shots is a low estimate to how much alcohol she was fed.

All while this is happening Frank has a firm grasp in Tay's hand, preventing her from leaving. She is also plied with more alcohol after the initial kiss and is coerced into doing it more.
Edit: it should be noted that the way things were going, had a production member not stepped in, Tayleigh Pendleton was more than likely going to continue drunkenly agreeing to more than what she had already done. This was a disaster, but it could have been a lot worse.

Out of all the fuck ups this season, this is the big one. This is the one that could potentially lead to a civil suit against the wiggers and/or criminal charges filed against Frank. I cannot stress enough the gravity of the situation, this is a very serious fuck up. As for the parties involved, Frank is a fatfuck that weighs at least 300lbs and Tay is a scrawny woman that weighs maybe 110lbs. She drank way more thank Frank and was way more fucked up.
