When people claim that S2 was much more hellish than S1 I always make the mental note that they surely must be talking about everyone but Letty.
To read that she was too comfortable is plainly retarded. Particularly puzzling coming from someone that noticed this and commented here during S1, like I've read you do.
Did you people forget about what happened just one year ago?
She had it worse than anyone in S1 but that meant: she had toilet water thrown on her 3 times and had stuff dumped on her most days, Frank pulled an object out of her hand so hard he played crack the whip with her, she had few friends all season, Fatty flirted with her, touched her ankle, she had to sit on a mattress close to Fatty's piss, he threw a whiffle ball bat at her and spat at her, the stuff she brought was destroyed, Frank shaved a lock of her hair (when she said she might shave it all off as a stunt Jet said not to because it would look abusive), she was made to exercise in a way that is unhealthy when done over a long time, and people yelled at her most days in the second half of the season.
Lots of what I'm about to list happened to Jimmy and the S2 contestants who aren't coming to some extent too and even a handful of what I'm about to list outdoes Letty, but I don't want to make a whole separate list for him or them so just keep that in mind: Frank physically wrestled with Tayleigh multiple times and rested his boot on her face for half an hour, kissed her repeatedly when she was too drunk to properly consent, had to eat or drink to the point of puking in multiple challenges and was made to puke on camera repeatedly, and use a bathroom that was designed to and successful in catching images of her nude when as far as we know she didn't have nudes in circulation online before so the house effectively Jeremied her, production challenged her to shave her head until she did it, exercised to the point of failure a lot causing issues with movement and in Tayleigh's case aggravating an old sports injury, used a kitchen that was never free of broken glass after the first week but had to crawl on it on all fours more than once as a matter of doghouse routine and there was urine or trace fecal matter in most carpets of the house by the end, had live bugs thrown on her, had her underwear shown to the camera (she did give Frank her underwear but it happened before and after that) was made to break out of zip ties that cut into her wrists deeply enough to leave marks that lasted for weeks and possibly years, made to eat multiple hot peppers in a day until Trish and Jimmy got sick from it, made to sleep on wet, vomity sand to win a competition, for a few hours was in the position of having to sleep next to a convicted murderer and known rapist who expressed interest in her, what she brought into the tank was destroyed and everything she collected inside it was also destroyed, Fatty threw an 8 ball and snow balls at her and charged her....
The fact that Letty is exceptional from her season has some significance but to me the "poor Letty" effect has worn off quite a lot.
