It seems unusual of the Fishtank team to not trot out their prize winning hog Fatty Chris, is it just do to the slug not wanting to slink around in the 90° heat? I doubt he has much better to do and seems in constant need of money. Or maybe they're just not advertising him quite yet
He will be there. He was already with them on the investor stream discussing 2.5 and offering advice. I remember someone in the sneedchat mentioning that he will have a golf cart to traverse the area.

Jon says he will deign to support Letty and Tayleigh in the game if they make him a sandwich everyday and if there is food provided and no need for sandwiches he'll come up with something else demeaning for them to do
In the hypothetical established by Jon, Jimmy would have sex on camera during 2.5. Jon asked Jimmy if "the womb was white" would Jimmy have sex on camera and Jimmy repeated "if the room was white?" and Jon shouted at him that he meant "the mood was right." Other stipulations included the girl being STD tested and her being the one to initiate.
I thought that Fatty and the heat were going to be people's biggest problems in those woods but looks like wittle Tate might try to catch a case.

No one active in the thread these days has said those moments are good content, I've spelled out Josie's sane appeal plenty by now and each time it regresses back to "all of josie's fans are creepy perverts who want to fuck her" meanwhile Letty is completely absolved. The same girl who thirst posts to this day, wore skimpy clothes throughout the show and knowingly made some of her biggest simps her stream mods.
I don't make any posts because I think Josie is cute and have explained my motivations as many times as her appeal.
I think it's probably best to just drop this argument since it feels like we are stuck in a loop. We clearly are not going to agree on this which is fine.

I'm mostly excited for this because of Jon. He has somehow become even more annoying since last year and if he actually does all of the shit he says he's going to do there's going to be constant fighting. Only problem is he's so fragile he's going to quit as soon as someone fucks with him back.

Welp, imagine trying to get Jon to not leak shit lmao

Tayleigh should have won. Letty should have won. Season 3 hasn't even happened yet but I'm sure there will be a skinny brunette in glasses who should have won.
It's the night of the first day. Jimmy has set up a contrived tripwire he will fall onto himself within the next 30 minutes. Vance is compulsively wiping dirt off his arms as Greg rambles about Elder Scrolls lore in his general direction. Tay and Letty are arguing over who gets to puke in the port-a-potty first. Tai lazes around and refuses to put the LARP outfit back on, Jon is telling him an unlikely story about himself. Out of the shadows burgeons a figure - a young woman, pale and round-faced. "Who are you?" Tay and Letty ask. "I'm the girl neither of you could be." She steps into the light. "Marky?!" Jimmy blurts out. She smirks. "I haven't heard that name since I was in 11th grade..."

I'm so excited for Jon to talk this big game about being an outdoors guy. Hoping and praying he bitches out about basic shit that everyone else has no problem with.

  • says he contributed the eating challenge during swamp olympics (also soy tax but we knew that one already)
  • said he was deliberately distancing himself from the fish so he wouldn't feel bad about messing with them
  • says it was harder to mess with the fish, they liked the sharks too much so they didn't bring them out as much
  • liked watching duanyay from downstairs. watching greg do mr beast was one of the funniest things he's ever seen in his life because he knew greg wasn't prepared for the "vile messages"
  • liked JC best. they thought she would leave early but she did her chinese spy mission better than they expected. liked shinji also even though he "lost steam at the end." tayleigh was the best competitor. tj was "a good dude" but frustrating to watch. most of the praise they talk about after bringing up TJ is initiated by rez so i don't want to quote vance on it cuz he's just saying yeah to whatever rez was saying
  • didn't expect boxing to be so huge this season.
  • wasn't in the house for TJ vs Jimmy but it was "hard to watch" in clips. greg has "hands like hammers" and natural talent at boxing
  • on jimmy: says jimmy should not be in an environment like fishtank. has talked to him a tiny bit. not a bad guy but fishtank is "Not good for him." Doesn't know what was going through his head but some people can't handle it. Thinks it's the psychological elements on the show - not saying he's not mentally strong but his psyche can't handle the torture and the way he tends to react to things sets him up for failure. jimmy would come up and talk to them forever and ask for things and they wouldn't give it to him or give him something slightly wrong to mess with him. says it might be a bad idea to go on the show when you're dealing with something heavy because the show will target it and dig
  • duanyay would always ask for things and they would ignore him
  • on cole: "like jimmy" but couldn't handle it. would get broken down by weird stuff that they didn't intend. they weren't trying to break him down by having him box with scott. says cole was talking about quitting every few hours. vance says next cole said "some things that were inappropriate to say, sam came in to kick the door down." cole felt insulted. claims they "didn't kick him off" and ben coming up to say that was just a scare tacitc. vance took the demands as a joke. "had no idea" he thought they were kicking him off.
  • an employee named rich needed to be present for the POV camera to work. says it was necessary in future seasons. everyone would watch POV camera when it was live.
  • before the season vance said shinji or tj would win. says he thought shinji would have a great mindset and not want to quit (lol). says just watching tj is fascinating because of how he is always moving and he's like josie. and he also seemed sweet and nice. says they were all in agreement about tj and shinji probably making it far and they all thought cole would make it farther.
  • starts rambling abotu how the cell is a great predictor of who would win the whole show and then remembers tj left first and eats his words and tries to take it back and make it about tayleigh and says he's not wrong.
  • this interview is well before sylvia announced she was pregnant because he talked about hopefully touring with her. says he talks to her, jon, and damiel on occasion, no one else.
  • says the season two cast had bigger characters and personalities but season one cast had "magic." says season one cast was challenged to act and do improv more because they had a knack for it. said they did it less in season two because they thought the cast was worse at it.
  • says no one in the season two cast would beat letty, generally (sounds like cope). says he thinks season one cast is closer to each other than season two
  • says there will be more contestants in season 3 to avoid the issue of people dropping. also they made it too hard too fast because they knew the cast were fans and thought they had to make it crazier but it'll be a slow burn next time.
  • liked the theme being a decade but isn't married to themes.
  • says it's important to struggle with the contestants because it helps with creativity to live like they are in shitty conditions in the basement and feel pressured and not get complacent.
  • some shit about film school being a waste of his time. the rest isn't fishtank related so i'm leaving it off the notes
  • is working on a sketch comedy show acting and writing with the guys who helped him with his music video "somewhat"
  • I left off some junk about his personal life that wasn't interesting

>big angry roid man comes up, breaks the door down and tells him in no uncertain term to shut the fuck up, he's not kidding.
>ten minutes later a producer comes up tells him to pack his stuff and get the fuck out with no indication that it's a joke or he's not being serious.
>guy does what he's told and leaves.

don't get me wrong, cole is a faggot loser but what the fuck were these morons expecting to happen?

Yes. I never mentioned anything about production. I don’t think it was some wigger conspiracy for her to win. She played to her strengths by keeping to herself a lot of the time and she did do very well in the final against Letty.

TJ on the other hand…. 100% agreed.
Anyone who still thinks that production rigged it for TJ is just coping because whichever contestant they supported lost. TJ won the swamp Olympics by a wide margin with or without the curses.

People can try to say that they rigged the challenges for TJ to win but there times like the paintball challenge when Tj arguably won but they gave it to Tay anyways. It’s not productions fault that Tay lost ever eating challenge after she said that she would eat shit to win or that Shinji quit the paintball challenge after getting hit in the head once.

They were definitely biased against Tayleigh at the end. The majority of the fans were against her, almost all of the freeloaders were actively conspiring against her, and both TJ and Shinji were double teaming her, and production was constantly doing things that set her up to fail.

They gassed up how important chips were all season only for them to completely nerf them once Tayleigh had 3x more than everyone else. They did tons of challenges that she had basically zero chance of winning just because of physical limitations. They took away Dunyaye when he was planning to stay the entire time. They never gave her the advantage she was supposed to get for the drunk shenanigans. They made her go first in the bob sled thing and then disqualified her for stupid reason, then TJ went next and they let him lay in the floor and writhe for like 5 minutes without disqualifying him or making him continue forward. They were letting Trish give out false information that caused Shinji to keep cursing Tayleigh. They gave TJ free chips after he had his stolen making it even more impossible for Tayleigh to get points. There was absolutely no fucking way for her to win with how they did the Olympics and for some reason she's a doofus and bought into their bullshit reason of she didn't win because she was a meanie weanie when the entire show is supposed to be about being an asshole.

Vance did a bit more about 2.5 at the end of Schizo Radio. Not worth an entire bullet point mountain
  • Walked back his support of JC a little compared to what he's said in the past and said he's always come at it from the perspective of acknowledging people who were not acknowledged enough and that he doesn't just want to say the same thing everyone else always says.
  • "Tayleigh was the toughest competitor. Jimmy was the funniest by far. And TJ won."
  • Said he's thinking about growing his hair out again because it would be funny
  • Not worried or fixated on winning this. Isn't sure there is a winner this time but wants to take it less seriously.
  • Looking forward to seeing Letty interact with Jimmy especially
  • He and Jon have a bet that they will weigh the same when they meet for 2.5
  • He still doesn't understand Ali/Bliccy, whether she is a character. He was in the basement when Ali/Bliccy came downstairs without knocking into the staff area. He told her "You can't just come down here" and she looked down at him and said "Yes I can."
