With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

They were given a large pack of hot dogs and ground beef earlier, yeah. They cooked it over the fire before the rain came. Production made a big deal of it, outright telling them they had to go back to base camp and eat before anything else would happen. Even when Jon walked away to go to the trader, Jet came over the loudspeaker and told him to go back to camp, nothing was happening until they all ate.

In a very rare bout of good judgement, Jimmy even forced Tai to get up an eat a hot dog when he said he wasn't hungry. The only one who didn't eat was Tayleigh, who I am sure by TOTAL COINCIDENCE had to get the IV.
 
Scripted content seems done for tonight due to rain. I imagine mud makes it difficult for vamp attacks and xavier's yugioh talking filled the needed time with the nurse. Only jimmy is audible due to the rain. Jon would be if he didn't talk like jon.

Hot dog buns! That, as far as I could tell, only Letty actually ate. Everyone else just ate the glizzy. Except Jon, who gave some weird excuse to not eat hot dogs, and instead chose to eat a plate of unseasoned ground beef.

And cheese balls. Half of which were kicked across the dirt by Xavier anyway.

A couple of times I have seen them munching on something small in a wrapper. I assume they are lowkey being fed energy or granola bars on occasion. There's also the "potions" they drink on occasion that they have said taste like Gatorade, so probably have some kind of sugar, if not actually being Gatorade.
 
Jimmy said he had to piss, and instead of stepping even vaguely into the rain and being at danger of getting wet, he pissed right under the Moral sign.

Yeah, because she also barely ate or drank anything yesterday, either. That's why the trader was "selling" water and food to them yesterday, and then on multiple occasions today production has instead outright begged them to eat/drink and given them whatever they want nutrition wise.

Now that you mention that I remember it being an issue. I distinctly remember Jon trying to cook a frozen steak in a cold pan with no seasoning or oil or anything, lol.
