With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

This is probably just as hot of a take but I think the Brian CK arc was the worst era of season 2. That whole love triangle between Brian, Trish, and CK was the most forced neptunian shit ever. Jet desperately wanted kisstank during that time but Taylor showed up a couple of days later so I guess he got it in the end.

do all the npcs sleep in the same house ?. what are the chances something leaks months later that brian & trish potentially fucked again lmao. especially given theres no cameras in the house

All of the season 2 relationship stuff with Brian was awful and painfully forced.
 
Jon will always be King, but Jimmy is probably my favorite overall contestant. This man is content.

Vance has arrived!

Jon immediately started trying to show off his muscles to him.

Greg is now filling him in on his character's backstory. He's a sniper from two towns away that has answered the call to take down the Duke.

Xavier had individual letter's delivered to the fish. I missed some but here's Letty and Jon reading their respective letters from Xavier. Sorry about the lag in Jon's, that's the Neptunian touch.

 
Xavier was having an epic monologue with Ben. Mogged Ben by kicking over the punching dummy in the town square, mocks Ben for his unexperienced battle skills. Ben called him a nerd and a faggot for playing cards and made fun of his swords. Jon interrupted the monologue by slicing Xavier’s throat. Xavier shrugs it off and says Jon can be defeated just by insulting his ego and running him into a tantrum. Says Jon holds a sword against himself and his ego. Xavier leaves for medical attention on his “neck wound”.

Ben says everyone in town needs to stop brandishing weapons. Jon refuses and Brian threatens him by referencing the Indiana Jones scene where Indy shoots the big sword dude. Jon asks if Brian knows about the movie where the guy is stabbed. Brian says a lot of movies have that (lol). Argument continues and says a man of the lord shouldn’t steal, attack or slander. Jon gets in his face and Brian asks if he’s trying to kiss him. Writes him up for sexual assault. Says Jon is sinning with pride, lust, and greed.

Vance enters and daps Jon up (zoomer handshake). Vance greets the other Fish with hugs and more daps. Vance ignores Greg and says he’ll greet him later. Jon keeps telling Vance to eat raw eggs, but Vance refuses. Greg comes up to Vance and tells him that he’s the best sniper around, but Vance didn’t greet him. Vance says maybe Greg had an invis potion that was wearing off, and Greg says that might be the case. Vance is going to be in a sniper class apparently. Fish sit down to cook hotdogs for lunch.

I really hope he’s not an absolute replacement for Greg. Talk about the downgrade of the century.
 
Xavier came to the town square saying he had something that would further ruin Jon's tarnished reputation. He pulled out a screenshot of the video of Jon kissing Ben and all hell broke lose.

Jon can't RP to save his life. Xavier, Ben and the other NPCs try to hard to bring him to make something entertaining while he just fucks around randomly. Right now he is just randomly spering out on the Shitty residents. Ben should either execute Jon or the group should sacrifice Jon to the Duke.

I unironically started to love this season more than the last one solely for the LARPing. It's dumb and goofy but it gives the show, which is about retards acting like retards live on camera 24/7, extra charm.

I think the only issue I have with this season is it feels way harder to keep up with what's going on. I've been pretty on it and there are still times when I'm not sure what their goal is. They need a summary tab on the website to just have footnotes for major points. Like I didn't see what their main quest is anywhere mentioned.

Jon has to be tard wrangled by someone in order for him to behave, if he doesn't have someone who can physically intimidate him like Scott or Sam he's an insufferable weasley cunt. I hope Xavier's line about Jon teaming up with the Duke to be a mini-villain proves out to be what happens. Jon's stupid enough to be a lacky and too much of a cry bully retard to do anything heroic narratively speaking.
