Edit: Top minds are saying it's a really bad looking hamstring tear and could take at least a month or two to heal correctly. It's a common injury in sports that's extremely easy to make worse with repeated activity, so I assume Jon will make it worse somehow. The music has been on point more often than not. For the first day it was too loud but now it's good. I was laughing my ass off when they had calm peaceful music playing, but would cut to frantic fighting music anytime Tai raised his gun above hip height, which was often and in short 1 second intervals.

He has been slowly acclimatized to it all. I am still not sure he understands special abilities and will still think he can physically overpower people legitimately.
